I'm not a music expert...I just know what I like and I LOVE this cd! The duet pieces are wonderful. I may not understand the words to many of the songs but I can feel the emotion that Andrea Bocelli puts in them. This is certainly a cd worth having.

This is one of my favorite choral Christmas CDs. "Songs of Angels" pretty much sums it up, so I don't know what more I can add, but I'll try.
First, let me say that I enjoy all types of Christmas music, with the exception of stuff like "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer," and songs of that ilk. I like secular and sacred, instrumental and vocal, soloists and choirs.
This collection, however, is--how can I put it?--transcendent! Besides the practically flawless blend of voices, the selection and variety of songs is amazing. I sit here at my computer and try to think of superlatives adequate to accurately describe this album....and there just aren't any. It is worthy to be the best selling classical album of all time....but it's more than that. It's just a must have, a collection to soothe the savage breast. For those times when I have lost hope, when I am past care.....I will sit with closed eyes and listen to this. And revive my soul.....

At less than $30, this has to be one of the greatest bargains currently out there. For many lovers of Chopin and piano playing, Rubinstein's late 1950s/early 1960s RCA survey is the Bible. Undoubtedly, it contains some godly Chopin playing. However, there is too much unevenness and lack of drama for this cycle to live up to its reference status.

This recording is sublime; Renee Flemings interpretation is outstanding and her German totally understandable. I've ripped this CD to my computer, downloaded to my MP3 player so I can listen as I'm Nordic walking and have a CD in my car!!!

This is a great DVD/CD for Bocelli. I've watched it many times over and over again. The songs are awesome!!! One of the best ever!!!
