This is a MUST for any Pink Floyd / David Gilmour fan. Some of the last DVD glimpses of Rick Wright. Great sound quality and picture on both the CD and DVD. I know there is a five disk set out there...and am curious to see if it's better or has more songs? This four disk set is great and you can't beat the price.

Finally, this classic concert movie is on DVD, along with the mini album that captures U2's War tour wonderfully. The DVD includes the other songs from their famed Red Rocks concert in Denver Colorado in 1983 which were not on the original VHS tape, but that were on a widely circulated bootleg of the show. This concert, even though the crowd was cut in half due to the cold and rainy weather, was a landmark show that put U2 on the national map in much the same way that their Live Aid performance in 1985 catapulted them on their way to super stardom. This show captures them at that point when they were transitioning themselves into a major rock act, showcasing their talent of bringing the audience close together and to them on the stage. They were still ... Read More:

Nowhere on Earth are you going to find a better live album produced this Centry. Joe has been tearing up stages for nearly 20 years. This set is indicative of where he is at at this particular time in his career. Even though this recording what pieced together from a few different shows recorded in late 2007 it plays seemlessly.
Having seen Joe numerous times I at first thought the crowd seemed a little distant. Joe's crowds can get pretty vocal at times. With the crowd noise kept to a minimum it doesn't seem to interfere with the moments captured here.
The production of this live opus was handled by none other than Kevin Shirley most noted for recent work remastering the Led Zepelin DVD How The West Was Won. Kevin "Caveman" ... Read More:

Don't get me wrong, any Clash soundboard release is reason to celebrate and I have enjoyed listening to this Shea Stadium gig but when you are talking about THE ONLY BAND THAT MATTERS, expectations tend to run high.
I guess I am a little spoiled but on the excellent From Here To Eternity, the smattering of live tracks on the box set and a handful of high quality bootlegs, I am used to hearing the Clash GO FOR IT. I am not used to hearing Joe Strummer sing London Calling "competently" I am used to hearing him rip it out of his guts...
At the time of this recording, The Clash was riding an international hit record, opening for The Who and undergoing the transformation from an outstanding theater band to professional arena rockers. You ... Read More:

Is it just me or is everyone else fed up with the GreeNazis and their jihad to force "green" orders on all of us from the constant propaganda to the regulations of our damn toilets!
Now I can't even enjoy the discs from one of my all time favorite bands because Algore's GreeNazis have taken over the packaging?!?! It's time for a backlash, folks. Boycott anything that pushes a "green" Eco-Scam agenda.
To you disciples of the Green Religion: HANDS OFF MY ROCK AND ROLL!

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition before knowing I could get the mp3s from the CDs at Amazon. I give it four stars just because of the CDs.
The production of the first DVD is not the best (haven't seen the second one). As another review states, is not Score. I would say image quality is not for today's big HDTVs. The audio doesn't sound live, you can't hear the crowd. Still, I have to say, it was great to somehow revive the experience of being in a show from their 2007 tour.
What I didn't like is that if feels as if this DVD was never planned, but at the last moment, they came up with any footage they had and tried to put it together.
I would say: If you're a die-hard fan, get it. If not, get the audio and buy the Score DVD.
