Aside from your everyday Christmas songs, this also has a song Brad wrote and performed when he was 13. The Kung Pao Buckaroo snag too and that was hilarious. I don't who they are but they are but what a great ending to the CD. This CD adds holiday cheers to our cookies baking and decorating. A very Merry Christmas!

Ah, the brown album. There is so much one could say about this utterly perfect album. It lyrics conjure visions of lonely country sides, and brisk cold winds. It's music defies categorization. It's cover...pricelss. What an image, what a band, well they are The Band!

1. Across The Great Divide - The best way to open this album, big! It establishes many of the selling points to this fine album. Dig the uber unique drum sound, and Manuel's perfectly honed vocal.
2. Rag Mama Rag - A great ragtime jam, Manuel's loose, sloppy drums, and Rick's screechy violin add to the "basement" aura. A great jam.

Small Town Girl

When i first heard Kellie on American Idol. But i figured that i should still give the cd a shot. So i bought it and listened to it a time or two. With each listen i'm starting to get what everyone's saying about her and the promise that she has for a bright future in the music biz. I especially liked "Things That Never Cross a Man's Mind" and "Red High Heels". If this keeps up she'll be a household name all over the place.

Nice debut cd.

Dailey and Vincent

I first saw Dailey And Vincent while vacationing in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry House. They were by far the highlight of the show for me, as someone not normally a fan of country music, they simply blew me away! Awesome vocal harmonies, very talented musicians and very funny too! I bought the CD for "By The Mark' and discovered that there is not a bad track on the CD. Songs range from gospel to country to bluegrass. I would recommend this to anyone.

I did'nt think i was going to like this cd much, that is untill i put it in my player! This is my favor Christmas CD that i have, it seems like you could listen to it all year and not get sick of it.

This music is well written and well played as one can always expect from one of Knight's albums. Dan Baird's production adds a nice little kick in the pants.
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Knight at the Lazy River Festival in Illinois this last summer and found him to be a real down to earth type of guy. I can only imagine where he get's the ideas for the stories in his songs!

I came across Amos Lee quite by accident; a friend sent me the CD saying he'd ordered it on someone's recommendation and then didn't care for it. Are you kidding me? I liked it the first time through, loved it thereafter. Nice, mellow sounds, some jazzy, some bluesy, all great.
