He does it again! I've been listening to Oystein Ramfjord's music for 4 years now. If I could sum it up in one word it would be "paradise". If you are new to this style of ambient, new age, electronic music I recommend "Isabliss" first. It doesn't have any chanting monks or foreign vocals which took awhile to grow on me with my first Amethystium cd "Aphelion". His music has to be the most beautiful in the universe. Oystein deserves the Nobel Peace Prize! My favorite tracks are A small Adventure, Treasure, Anthemoessa, Strangely Beautiful, Frosty Morning Bliss, and Silken Twine. This review is coming from somone who wants to start a progressive, neoclassical, melodic deathcore, jazz fusion, electronica band! Buy "Isabliss" today along with "Odonata", ... Read More:

Pure Disco has twenty-one great tracks on it that anyone from the days of disco will remember fondly! This is the music people heard in the clubs as they danced their cares away on many a Saturday night. The music on this CD is excellent; and the quality of the sound is also very good. The artwork is great!
The Village People start things off big with their smash disco hit entitled "Y.M.C.A." "Y.M.C.A." has an awesome beat and it just might even make your kids want to dance to it! "Y.M.C.A." is classic disco and a great choice to start off this album. Abba's "Dancing Queen" is yet another great number from the golden days of disco; it may have a somewhat slower beat than other songs do but it still is great dancing music. "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summer is also ... Read More:
Very good cd, I like her singing and seems like songs are written maybe by her own experiences in life?
Her voice is unique and her songs and singing are refreshing.
I first saw her on a public TV channel not long ago, and I loved her voice and types of songs she sang. A little Reggie, blues, etc. And she is very pretty. :)

and surprisingly, the live crowd didn't ruin the entire recording as typically happens. I think everyone was so amazed to even see them. This set is definitely worth the purchase. You can feel the energy in the music and it sounds like everyone there had a good time. I'm kinda jealous.

I recently became aware of this release through Amazon's mailings and investigated it due to my love of Lisa Gerrard's music, after hearing her live on her Silver Tree tour a year or so back. I have over a thousand albums I listen to, and this by far is the most compelling blend of musical sculpting I have heard in a very long time. I can't recall a purchase of music recently where I put it on at every chance I can. It enriches the home and the senses, inspiring and transcending.
Schulze and Gerrard together are a perfect mating of musical souls. Kudos to Schulze's new manager for arranging this collaboration for him, as he speaks of in his liner notes. I would love to hear another work done together by them again in the near future. This is a must-have ... Read More:

I first heard of this cd when it was first advertised on tv in the 90's but honestly thought nothing of buying it. However in 2001 I happened to spot this cd when I was stationed in Japan and am happy to have spent my money on this cd. Due to the variety of the songs I feel that this cd is good to listen to at work , when you are spending time with your loved ones, and relaxing and nurturing yourself when you are alone. Some of the notable tracks that really stand out in a positive way for me are
"return to innocence" by enigma
"orinoco flow" by enya
"sweet lullaby" by deep forest
"tubular bells" by mike oldfield
"sadeness" by enigma
There are other good tracks on this cd that are also enjoyable. This album among the first ... Read More:

This album is my second favorite by Delerium, topped only by Poem. It is hugely listenable. After a stressful day at work, this CD has become a favorite to relax to. I'm not particularly fanatical about Delerium. I don't have especially strong ties to any one Delerium style, or album(s), but this is one of my favorites.

I saw "Blind" on Subterranean months ago, and was blown away by the video, the visualizations, and of course, the girl.
Here's the rub. I watch and record shows like this to keep up (sorta) on new music and if I like a genre, sound and video, I will most likely buy the music. The problem was that the title info at the beginning and end of the video said "undefined" for all the fields, like artist name, song name and produced by-etc.
I was beside myself. I needed to know who made this awesome video and hauntingly beautiful sound, and all I had to go on was "undefined" I went to my local indie record store and had them do a search of "undefined", what I "thought" was the possible title from what I "thought" an oft repeated line in the song was-no luck. I did a search ... Read More:
