Matt Belsante's Christmas album borrows heavily from some classic arrangements from the past - notably Ella Fitzgerald's wonderfully dizzy take on Sleigh Ride - which serves the album well. It has a classic-fresh feel, much like recordings by Michael Buble. Energetic and youthful, Matt's vocals tend to slide and bend a bit too stylistically, sometimes pulling focus from the wonderful lyrics and melodies, but it's a minor quibble. Overall this CD is a charmer, and one you'll want to keep as part of your Christmas music library for repeat whirls!

Michael W. Smith has once again proven himself to be one of the absolute BEST writers around today. His careful attention to melody, memorability, heart and soul comes to a head with this, his STRONGEST Christmas album. If you like inspiring orchestral music, you will LOVE this cd. If you like Smitty doing what he does best, you will LOVE this cd.

Thank God for sending his Son, Jesus! May we all celebrate in Him this year!

I'm a beginner and for me this DVD is hard to follow now matter how many times I watch it, there are things that I can't understand when he talks about steps and stuff. I'll keep it maybe one day I'll have enough background to understand it.

Last year I purchased Christmas with the brat pack. This year, I decided to try Christmas with Dino. This CD is one of the best holiday CD's that I have heard. His voice is rich, melodic and soothing. I highly recommend having this holiday cd in your repetoire.

I normaly buy 1 CD of CHRISTmas music each year. This one is tied for #1 for my all time favorite CHRISTmas CD's, which is saying allot since I have about 25 other CHRISTmas cd's. Well worth the price...

This is an excellent recording of the Nutcracker! It's wonderful to have the full ballet instead of just selections from the suite. The music somehow stays timeless even after millions of seasonal ballet performances and use in shopping malls. Whether or not your a fan of classical music, this is a good recording that almost anyone can enjoy.

Leigh Nash's solo album was a beautiful piece of work and it was good to see her involved in different projects. Nevertheless it was a joy to hear that SNTR were making a comeback. This album of Christmas themed songs is a well produced piece of work that oozes quality. There's a mixture of traditional songs with great arrangements, newer songs that have charm and warmth and covers like Joni Mitchell's 'River'. Leigh Nash's lilting bell like voice is as good as ever and Matt Slocum's playing and arrangments are sheer class. After what seems considerable praise you may wonder why only 3-stars? It's still a good rating! It's simply that Christmas albums will always have a limit to what you can do with them, and I'm waiting for an original Nash/Slocum project ... Read More:

It's a great remix of traditional songs that is very upbeat and you just want to sing to it.
