These guys are really great musicians. I'm not kidding. When I watched this I couldn't believe how good this band really is. You will be shocked. So fun fun to watch and my whole family loves this. Just watched it with the kids and they were dancing to the music I grew up on. Well done. You won't be disappointed... you will do as I am doing and get it for friends for the holidays. BUY THIS TODAY.

This is my favorite of all of Fall Out Boy's music. The songs are great, and I just love it. I've loved it for about 3 years, and it isn't dying off, so that says something, huh? I got it after "From under the cork tree" came out, and I was not disappointed.

A lot of hubub over this album.

Bodysnatchers is absolutely rockin', Jigsaw Falling Into Place is great, and the rest of the album seems to be music I can fall asleep too. Radiohead goes way too close to being Coldplay snoozer music with a few progressive sounds and occasional addition of drums. The Bends and OK Computer continue to be the best albums, but this one ain't bad...it just ain't that exciting either.

I just saw this show at a Marcus Theatre in Addison, IL, just near my home. I had seen it on PBS a few mos ago, but not in HD and not Blu-Ray and NOT in Surround-Sound Stereo. But even when I saw it on regular TV, I was BLOWN away! So seeing it like this was even more amazing. Don't deprive yourself....... if you are a Who fan, you MUST buy this DVD. No questions asked. All 4 members of the band are in excellent form here, and perform very well together. Songs like My Wife, Summertime Blues, My Generation (including a sweet "Join Together" interlude), Fooled, etc, sound more raw and fierce than their album counterparts do (Summertime is just as good here as Leeds). I'm not a music expert...I just know what I like and I LOVE this cd! The duet pieces are wonderful. I may not understand the words to many of the songs but I can feel the emotion that Andrea Bocelli puts in them. This is certainly a cd worth having.

There was something about 'Return To Cookie Mountain' that intrigued me and I tried repeatedly to get into that record. Ultimately, I came away liking only a couple of the songs but also with great respect for the band's creativity. It was an unusual combination of feelings.

For me, 'Dear Science' resolves that conflict. There is no sacrifice in imagination or creativity and the songs have a more accessible style which peaks in track two, 'Crying'. However, there is no lack of dark sentiment here, both musically and lyrically. In particular, 'Halfway Home' and 'Family Tree' two of the record's highlights, generate a feeling of weird dread and disturbance due to the ideas and pictures they suggest but never fully reveal.

Just to let the Amazon guy know, the Deftones didn't follow Korn into being, nor were they influenced by their music. If anything, Korn was influenced by the Deftones, who came together in 1989. Shows what Amazon knows.
