As he has been doing for years, Paul Stanley completely transforms himself into a Rock God when he hits the stage, commanding your every emotion, and mesmorizing even the slightest fan into a totally engrossed captive voyer....His vocals have never been better and his stage presence never as strong, his stamina to work the stage and the audience, all the while tearing thru a set list of his newest tracks, and the older fan favorites.....worth every penny.....a must for any KISS fan....

I love this tape. Though it is music a little before my time, it is wonderful. It is a good companion to the Jersey Boys tape. They are both great tapes.

Buying this album was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. For the money, I've never had anything blow my mind quite like this album. It's obvious. Buy it now.

Sarah Brightman's 'Symphony' is yet another example of how the acclaimed 'Angel of Music' takes classical music genres and brings life to them.
True to its title, 'Symphony' takes on a more gothic symphonic rock style from Ms. Brightman's previous albums, while sticking to her traditional crossover formula. The best example of this is in 'Fleurs du Mal' (Flowers of Evil), which opens with a strong beat and some amazing high notes. A reprise of this song appears at the end of the album as a hidden track. 'Fleurs du Mal' is probably the best song on the album because it literally grabs listeners' attention from the first second.
Some of the songs have a more melancholic mood, like 'I Will Be with You' (with Paul Stanley), ... Read More:
This is a wonderful collection of Natalie Cole. It includes some new and some old, including some songs mixed like she did "Unforgettable" with her father's voice.
One of her best!

I have loved James Taylor music since my teens. This Christmas cd is wonderful. The song choices are varied and he only gets better with time.

MGMT are a New York duo whose Pop/Dance/Rock/Electronic sound makes for a heady mix. Their very playful disc "Oracular spectacular" comprises just 10 tracks (these days, loads of CDs average 11 tracks, doing away with filler).
"Let's make some music, make some money, find some models for wives" they sing in the buzzing "Time to pretend" as they spell out the hedonistic lifestyle they have mapped out.
The acoustic "Weekend wars" reminds me a wee bit of The Beatles. "Of monsters, birds & monsters" is more upbeat. An extremely catchy retro sounding Pop/Rocker. The echo-ey "The youth" is so retro sounding, almost a Doo-wop ballad with shimmery psychedelic effects. "Electric feel" is disco-tinged and finds the duo singing in falsetto. Extremely ... my son (2) loves the cd and dvd. we sing the songs all the time - very catchy. What i really like is that the music is fun for kids and absolutely tolerable for adults, unlike a lot of other kids music. we have 123'and NO also -- all frequently requested by my son.

A follow up to his 2006 album "Under The Skin," which to me far excedes it. He takes on more of his rock roots and a few of the songs sound very much like something that could be on a Fleetwood Mac album. "Great Day" has "Tusk" written all over it. "Love Runs Deeper" has this awesome chorus with that Mac-ish tone. "Did You Miss Me" is just lyrics in motion and is definitely one of my favorites. "Wait For You" is sinister and balls to the wall rockin'. "Treason" takes us back to the acoustic feel of "Skin" with its strumming acoustics and lush Buckingham vocals. I love this album and will say it is the closest to "Cradle' in my heart.

I LOVE Sugarland and I think that this is the best album (CD) yet. I don't understand why they relegated the songs that they did to the deluxe fan edition. "Fall Into Me" is my favorite song of theirs so far, it is an awesome song and it should have been on the "regular" edition of the album. I also love "Very Last Country Song". I feel they are growing and improving as a duo and while stayng true to their roots, also branching out and becoming even more accessable to those who might think that they "don't like country music". Give them a try!
