We bought this at Costco warehouse at a fabulous price: $[...] including a matching metal bench. It is a perfect step up for our kids from a 61-key Yamaha keyboard to this full size 88-key digital piano with weighted graded hammer action and pedals. Their piano teacher felt that it plays (thanks to WGH action) and sounds (thanks to excellent speakers) like an expensive grand piano despite its very small footprint ideal for the kids' room. Because it is digital (hence programmable), it allows variety of sounds (besides classical piano), recording and playback of own notes, and also a duet mode that allows the teacher and the student to play side by side by digitally splitting the keyboard into two. Casio Electronic Keyboard- CTK700

Great for our 5 yr old who's learning to play, but seriously, where do you get an apaptor for it? I have a bag of like 20 different adaptors from old stuff and none of those work; when you look online, none of the adaptors say they work with CTK-700 so I don't want to buy it and have that also not work. We just keep buying batteries. It's a total waste of money. So unless you own a battery store, I wouldn't buy this one but instead go find another that comes with an adaptor.

I received my Casio 76CASE Keyboard Carry Case, the very same day, I received my Casio WK-1630 Electronic Keyboard. And, found that this case was the very best investment in protecting my keyboard. It has more then enough padding to protect the keys, buttons and surface of my keyboard. Strong full zippers to seal out dust and dirt. And, large amounts of pocket space for adapters, control pedals, headphones and can even hold music books with room to spare. A long adjustable shoulder strap makes carrying a bit easier. If you plan to take good care of your keyboard, then this case is a must have.

We bought this for our 7 year-old granddaughter who is a Suzuki violin student and exhibits a good ear for music. She doesn't play the piano yet; however, our neighbor is a church organist and a man who rebuilds old organs all over the upper Great Lakes area. He came over, played around on it and was very impressed with all that it could do.

Soon our little girl will begin piano lessons; we look forward to many a good hour of her fun and pleasure on this instrument, which sounds far far better than any spinet I've ever heard.

We also expect the "piano" to become a source of entertainment for her and her friends as they grow into adolescence.
