The tambourine and the drum with the handle have some kind of thin animal skin that is sealed down with a thick black nylon string. Looks poorly made but has held up for a month with my 3 1/2 year old son, they sound great and are still working! And the maracas are made of plastic they feel real solid they might outlast all the others. The finger cymbals are of good quality they also sound real loud and crisp. They are made with a wooden handle that has a screw that holds the metal disc in place. The triangle is also good quality. I am a beginner and was looking for a guitar on a tight budget. Wanted to get a decent guitar for a good price. When I bought this set, I wasn't really sure what to expect. But when the package arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The guitar is well built and has a very attractive blue color, body and pick guard. It did come with the promised accessories: a gig bag, extra set of strings, strap, amp and an amp cord. The 10 watt amp is very impressive. It is small and very portable, but at the same time has a good, strong output. I can jam in my garage or take it to a friends place. The shopping experience was also good. This was my frist ukelele I purchased and It goes out of tune quite often you would have to tune it ater about 3 songs Id recommend getting a geard tuning pegs to keep it in tune but a great beginning uke! MAHALO!

If you read other reviews of the exact same guitars, only in different colors, you will find people urging you to avoid this guitar.

One should listen to them. I didn't expect them to be tunable nor of any level of acceptable quality, and in that measure, they performed perfectly!

Do not expect to tune them.
Do not expect the bridge to be glued to the guitar, so that it can be lost in an hour.
Do not expect the tuning pegs to be remotely tight -- if you tighten them with a screwdriver, you can change the pitch of the strings, but only barely. and i suspect if you tried to tune it, the body of the guitar would break quite quickly.
