I got this guitar due to the smaller size. The neck is the only thing noticibly shorter which is perfect for a small framed person. It is a starter guitar but the sound quality is great. I've only had to tune it the day I got it. I've played it every day since & it's still in tune. I've had it for 3 weeks now. I got the blueburst & it is very attractive.

The sound was good. However you'll have to adjust the bridge, it's too low for the first and six string to vibrate. The strings' quality was medium. Nice, but not excellent.

The Cecilio CNV-200 is a great bargin for anyone who would like to jump in to learning to play the violin as a beginner, and even a novice could appreciate it's beauty and tone. I bought this Ukulele for my Dad's birthday because his old one already broken. He knows about Uke more than I and I don't know where and what to buy and I saw this one in Amazon (I trust Amazon in On-line shopping) and the prize is very good but I don't know the quality. To the people who rated this thing 1 and 2 stars, they are probably very advanced players to begin with... i am a beginner, i haven't been playing that long and i have to say this was the perfect fiddle for me. it sounds great and everything, there is just one complaint i have, when i opened the case for the first time and took the bow out, a whole bunch of strands of hair were broke off the bow, and the bow isn't that great either, im gonna just buy another bow. But as for the fiddle itself i am highly satisfied.

This was a great "wow" gift under the tree but for actual physical play it's life span is nill. Within the week after recieving it my eight year old daughter came to me with parts of the guitar that had fallen out. I have no idea what the guitar parts are called but it's the wood thingy that goes under the strings near the bottom. after I put that back I treid to re tume the strings only to find out that one of the string keys had no resistance, it just fell back leaving that string lax and off tune. *sigh* needless to say I would NOT purchase this agian and I suggest you consider a better built product as even though the price is great the longevity stinks.
