This was a great deal, a brand I was not familiar with but that really doesn't seem to be a problem. I am new to guitar so I didn't want to start out with something super expensive. It is great for a beginner like myself. The package is a great deal, you get everything you need to start playing as soon as you get the box from amazon.

Its just amazingly perfect for playing at home!!

It includes everything. And I mean everything that you might need. Its not even mentioned in the product description that a headset is also included! Which is totally what I needed as I play it for hours and hours and I should not be disturbing others. Amp is cool, its loud enough for home use. It has Bass and Treble effects as well which is very cool. A guitar stand is also included which makes it easy to keep the guitar when not in use.

About the guitar itself, it needed a bit of tuning when I took it out of the box, but that was again very easy with the chromatic tuner provided. After that tuning its just been sounding inch perfect!

I bought this guitar for myself to learn on about a month ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the guitar when I recieved it. The item was shipped in a very timely manner, and arrived in good condition. It isn't great, but for the low price I thought it was quite the bargain. I had very low expectations and do plan on someday buying something nicer, but for learning it is fine. If you are wanting a high quality guitar I would recommend spending more $, but if you are like me and just want something cheap to learn on this is great!

I bought this for my six year old daughter, knowing that it was probably a decent guitar body with cheap hardware ( and knowing a little about tweaking guitars helped too ) i got this this for cheap. the reviews are pretty much right on, it has trouble staying in tune and for the last few weeks has been lying in the corner, silent. It sounded really muted and cruddy, like it had tissues stuffed inside of it. Well, I knew eventually i would get around to seeing what can be done for very little money to make this thing sound better. First thing i did was to swap out the tuners with the lowest cost gotoh I could get online, (pretty decent tuner for seventeen bucks) and got rid of the loose floppy apperatus that was supposed to be doing the job of holding ... It wasn't a week before a string broke. This guitar is cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for. I bought it to see if my daughter would like it to take lessons and now I have to buy strings and pegs to make that possible.

The product looks good and shipping was fast. My only compliant is the picture on the outside of the box is of a different color item. This is a Christmas present and my daughter will be upset when she sees the purple guitar on the outside as she has been begging for a pink guitar. I know she will be happy when she opens it up but I am not looking forward to dealing with the initial disappointment on Christmas morning!

I ordered the "Lauren" 30 inch Guitar Package as a joke gift for my girlfriend, who shares the name of the manufacturer. For twenty some odd dollars I certainly wasn't expecting anything remotely close to sub-par, at least as far as guitars are concerned. But what came in the mail really wasn't too bad.

The tuners are cheap but they hold tune, mostly, unless you bend too far. The body, as well as the head and neck, feel like pine, which is fine because I wasn't expecting koa or something nice. The paint job isn't too bad, except for the few nicks I found, which were easily covered with black sharpie.
