My son got this with the club bongos and this almost gets played more often than the bongos. But it's also been picked up and played by the Grandparents and every kid that has come over to play. So much fun. So durable and has a wonderful sound to it!
The only precaution...little ones like to put the strap around their heads, not advisable!!

This is the book that I first used to learn chords when I was a kid. It is lean, to the point, and a great first book whether your goal is to learn the ukulele or to eventually move up to the guitar. There are many other books that are thicker, newer, and more modern. But few will kickstart the learning process like this one. Mel Bay was a master musician and a wonderful teacher. He still has much to offer.

Received my Hohner harmonica holder and as with all Hohner products it is first rate. No complaints at this point. It holds my harp firmly and the fit will probably work for almost any size person. The product arrived on time and packaged so that there was no damage to the product upon arrival.

It is a nice toy, makes really nice music. I will not order from this vendor again. I was very disappointed in the delivery time, on this. It was bought for Christmas, and arrived two days late. The express mail I requested didn't happen. I was not charged for it, but it was indicated when I ordered it that I would receive in in two to three working days.

I love these, they make a nice gentle shaking sound that only wood can provide...the plastic ones I have make this awful grating gravel in a plastic egg kind of sound that's way too sharp. These are great and I highly recommend them.

It's a good set for beginners, the book and the CDs are great and easy to follow. The harm set are light and nice. The only problem I had was with the zipper of the bag which was damaged when I received the package.
In general this is a fine set to start learning how to play the harmonica
