I expected 1 board, but this package gives you 10 boards. They are good quality for 2 dollars a piece, about the size of an average piece of paper. The dry erase marker (Expo low odor dry erase) seems to leave some faint residue marks after erasing.

These small boards are perfect for the classroom or for a message board. They're flat so they are easy to store along with paper and other supplies. The back of the board is perfect to take a permanent marker to and write who the board belongs to. I wish I had these in my classes when I was in elementary school.

This stuff is just about perfect, the only flaw being that it will get crumbly after a while and then has to be rolled out and mixed with the reconditioner, which is sold seperately. I bought 4 of these big boxes for my daughter (8 yr old) for christmas and she loves it. Just leave plenty of space on the mantle for all the masterpieces.
