I attempted to install the software both from the accompanying disk & from the HP website, but was unsuccessful. Later, I attempted a second install from the software from the HP website, but failed again. Three separate HP tech support folks attempted to install it also - both from the web and from the disc. Not only did they all fail, but it seemed as if they kept no record of what the previous tech rep had attempted to do to fix the problem. Calls to customer service were tedious and time consuming. All told, I've spent about 10 hours with this problem and still don't have the printer working. We had been using the phone with my Razrs and it worked well. It Almost seemed to improve recption. When we switched to the iPhone, it no longer worked well. It will connect intermittently with the base station. It will be paired successfully but won't connect. I have to unpair both iPhones and re-pair the with the base station for them to connect. I have to do this every time I come home, which is not feasable. Maybe missing something, maybe there is something different about the iPhones than there was with the Razrs.

This is my first Photo quality printer, and is on PC-Photography's best buy list.
Things you'll need to know.
It's big! make sure you have the desk space, you're going to need it.

If you already have a canon printer, which I did, when you attempt to load the software for the new printer it may stop at 35%. Don't be alarmed, it's finished because you're system is able to use the existing canon files. Just close it out and print away.

Set-up and Printing is easy. I decided to use Kodak Ultra paper for my first attempts instead of spending extra $$ on higher priced paper and it works well with standard JPEG format. IF you plan on converting RAW files or you're shooting a higher JPEG format I'd suggest looking into ... Read More:

AT&T 993 Corded 2-Line Speakerphone

The Speakerphone worked reasonably well for the first month then started "clipping" and missing some of the words at all volume levels. The rest of the phone works as advertised but I guess there are not really good corded phones at any price.

I've been using an 8 year old HP Deskjet 830C and decided I needed something better especially for photos. Wow, did I find it in this D7560 Photosmart. I ordered on Friday, received on Monday and after about an hour of setup time I am up and running. The test photo of my subject was unbelievably good. The subjects look like they could walk out of the photo. You do need to provide your own USB cord for connection but everything else is included in the box. I am really impressed with this printer and highly recommend it.

The laser is incredibly powerful for 20mw. Even with the included carbon batteries it outshines the other ones I have. At night you can clearly see the beam of green light. Very useful for pointing at stars and teaching astronomy. I highly recommend it!

I recently bought this film and slide scanner to scan my grandfather's slide collection. It bleaches out the image with too much light. I tried changing the settings to improve the image quality, but had no luck. The company ArcSoft charges $10.00 per phone call for tech support. You are better off making the investment on a nicer quality scanner.
