I purchased the Fujitsu ScanSnap for my office based on the review from a CPA firm my company contracts. This little guy is AMAZING. So easy to set up, super compact, and scans really fast! It scans double-sided, in color, and scans even the tiniest receipts and pieces of odd-shaped paper, and the software allows you to keep all your scanned files organized. With the scansnap you can get rid of your copier and possibly fax machine (since most faxes go directly to emails anyway, just scan and email the PDF).
I'm now purchasing one to use at home to keep all my receipts organized on my computer (vs having little scraps of paper all over the place) and also to keep a paperless home as much as possible. The scansnap prevents clutter ... Read More:

Canon SELPHY CP760 Compact Photo Printer (2565B001)

I bought this printer as part of the Canon pink pack (pink SD1100 camera with this printer, both included in the box). I already had an Epson PictureMate PM280 but I thought it would be cool to have a printer and camera that matched. (Yes, I'm that vain. ggg)

The printer makes BEAUTIFUL high quality photos. It prints quickly and it's a nice little printer, worth the money. You can do basic photo editing on this printer, such as reduce red eye, change colors to B/W, sepia, vivid, ...add the date (or not) but that's all you can do.
You need space in front of the printer to insert the paper cartridge AND you need space behind the printer as well. The paper extrudes out the back at the start of the printing process.

This is a great product for my requirements. It is small, easy to use and has great playback clarity, especially when you record on the highest fidelity setting. The hold feature is a great battery saver.

Have not had product long enough to give a complete evaluation(the reason for only 3 stars). However, so far copying is very good; scanning is easy--still not good at handling scanned documents/photos. Very easy to set up with my Dell. Software is pretty good. So far, I would definiely recommend to family(and I love my family).

HP 10bII Financial Calculator

i have read a lot amazon ratings before making the purchase.
i bought this product three months ago and it is still working fine.
i think it'll working this way for i do not know how long.

the size, the weight and the feeling when u touch the calculator is good.
there is enough screen to read with no problem plenty of numbers.
the design is simple and gives enough bells for the eyes to like what they see.
the keys are also well made so there is "i did not push this number without paying attention."
the price is around $30 and if you are a student you'll probably like that.
we are talking about a quality product here.

They don't fit in my HP PSC 2355v all-in-one although there was nothing shown on the web said the compatibility. Guess it is a waste of money then.

Pentax DSmobile 600 Scanner

Pros: only requires USB cable, no power cable needed. 600dpi setting can be set and it remembers it next time you launch the application. One-time Installation and calibration was easy. Image is displayed as it scans the paper. PDF file created is automatically opened in default application after scan is finished. Quality of scan in PDF file is great. I have not tried other file type outputs.

Cons: File created is saved using a default filename in one particular directory. You can change the filename and directory prior to scanning, but if you close the application, it uses the old default filename/directory names again.
