Love this phone. Exactly what I needed. Has all the features one would want on a phone. Love that it has a loud ringer. Also like the message light when it lights up it is very bright and you can't miss it.

Though the products are good, I believed I was buying HP original products packaged in "bulk" rather than "similar or compatible HP products." I was misled by the text and product specs.

It's a nice bag and the quality is not bad either. It has many pockets and compartments. There are a couple of things that I do not like with this bag:

1-I was hoping for a closed part for the laptop. The only thing that protects your computer is the big lid. My old bag had a zipper inside for better protection. I don't thing I'm going out with this if it is raining heavily.
2-The shoulder pad thing is weaved so you cannot change its position. It is kind of an annoyance.

Other than those two, I'm happy with the product.

Thanks to the reviewer who posted the pictures, I saw that this black case has a bright yellow lining. To me, this is a plus because the contents of the bag show clearly when I look into it. I can more easily find what I'm looking for without having to open the thing completely up. I ordered it and received it yesterday, and am happy with my purchase.

The case is larger than is strictly necessary just to carry my ASUS Eee PC 901 and its power cord, but as has also been noted by a reviewer here, I can put my wallet, cellphone and other stuff in it and carry this around town as a laptop case plus handbag.

I attempted to install the software both from the accompanying disk & from the HP website, but was unsuccessful. Later, I attempted a second install from the software from the HP website, but failed again. Three separate HP tech support folks attempted to install it also - both from the web and from the disc. Not only did they all fail, but it seemed as if they kept no record of what the previous tech rep had attempted to do to fix the problem. Calls to customer service were tedious and time consuming. All told, I've spent about 10 hours with this problem and still don't have the printer working. It worked great for my purposes. My daughter kept locking herself out of her condo. This brings peace of mind knowing she can access the extra key without having to call anyone to let her in. It sits on the back porch away from prying eyes and very convenient.
