HP Photosmart D7560 Printer

I've been using an 8 year old HP Deskjet 830C and decided I needed something better especially for photos. Wow, did I find it in this D7560 Photosmart. I ordered on Friday, received on Monday and after about an hour of setup time I am up and running. The test photo of my subject was unbelievably good. The subjects look like they could walk out of the photo. You do need to provide your own USB cord for connection but everything else is included in the box. I am really impressed with this printer and highly recommend it.

5 stars since it is excellent and the only real choice.

I ordered this from another source due to shipping costs from the Amazon partner, Ant. I ordered a USB cable from them at a great price, then saw that they charged over THREE times the product price for shipping! Over $8 for a few ounces.

This seems to be a major problem with Amazon partners. Target's charge for shipping an electric skillet was equal to the product price. I passed on that.

The Canon ink cartridges for photo printers is very good. The color quality is amazing, and so easy to use, in a printer. I have used this product for over a year, and won't use anything else.

Great gift - bought this along with a doorway puppet theater for my daughter on her 7th birthday - LOVES it. We giggled for an hour putting teeth on the monsters head, eyes for a mouth, etc. Just a super cute idea, and well made. Obviously, with detachable arms and stuff, you can't move the arms around through the puppet, but it still looks and works great. Adorable idea. I WILL be buying more as gifts for friends' kids.

The laser is incredibly powerful for 20mw. Even with the included carbon batteries it outshines the other ones I have. At night you can clearly see the beam of green light. Very useful for pointing at stars and teaching astronomy. I highly recommend it!

As someone who needs to print a lot, I've been so pleased to have a larger capacity cartridge. Since I have severe degenerative arthritis, replacing those itty bitty things is always a trial. Plus it's cost-effective. What's not to like?

I recently bought this film and slide scanner to scan my grandfather's slide collection. It bleaches out the image with too much light. I tried changing the settings to improve the image quality, but had no luck. The company ArcSoft charges $10.00 per phone call for tech support. You are better off making the investment on a nicer quality scanner.
