This calculator does the job for what I need. No batteries needed and it is solar powered. Only problem I have is the cover case. It is not slide in / slide out cover cases like most calculators. It is more of a snap it on / snap it off. Other than that it does help protect it from dust and getting the screen scratched.

We've got three of these machines, and they work great on Windows PC computers, but also was happy to find out that our Mac works great with it too. On the Apple Mac computer, we can print from our OS 10.3.9 system easily (have not tried duplexing, but found a site on the web where someone else figured out a workaround, so with lots of work, it may be possible.) It totally does definitely function as a standalone COPIER with a Mac, and as a PRINTER, and also no problem with it as a FAX machine. My understanding is that it won't work as a SCANNER. HP 10bII Financial Calculator

The HP 10BII Calculator is the calculator that I'm using for the Real Estate Course. It's a great calculator for Real Estate Agents because it computes payments, interest, amortization etc. quickly and easily. It's easy to learn and use and is reasonably priced. Amazon had the best price with free shipping when I purchased it - however I suggest that if you decide to purchase the 10BII to shop around for the best deal. Overall I think it's a good calculator for the functions it provides and would certainly recommend it for those in the Real Estate Industry.

I purchased this product for the purpose of recording lecture in college classes. It has worked well for my needs. Recording is clear, does not pick up a lot of background noise. Well worth the price.

I didn't really need this. I'd just bought a Mac, which was incompatible with my Visioneer flatbed scanner, but I still had my Windows PC and Windows as an option on my Mac. But since I could get an additional rebate through my new job, I thought, why not?

I don't know how I did without it. This thing is so small, I just put it under my office sofa (it's not very tall). It's also very lightweight. I love how it's powered through my Mac's USB, so no extra power cords. And the software is easy to use and very effective.

I'm so happy I bought this. I'm finding more uses for it all the time. Flatbed scanners have come a long way!
