All I can say is "WOW!" After reading about this blower/vacuum in Consumer Reports, and how well it worked, I decided to purchase it. I searched all over the internet, but found that Amazon's "amazing" price of just under $70 was unbeatable. That included free shipping. My blower/vac arrived the next day. Lucky me! Anyhow, It has PLENTY of power. Matter of fact, it has more power than the gas powered backpack blower I had, which pleasantly surprised me. I used the Toro to clean my gutters, and blow and vacuum my leaves, and it did all 3 jobs easily. Again, I'm "blown away" with the amount of power it has. There is a hidden danger to buying the BC-900 (and I'm sure it applies to the BC-700) that hasn't been written about yet.

When you catch up testing and refreshing and charging all of your rechargeable batteries, there's a let-down or feeling of ennui as you realize there are no more batteries to fix. It makes you want to run radios and flashlights just to run down the batteries.

Perhaps we can call it the "empty battery nest syndrome"...

For the price, this is a great little weather station. Check the dimensions, it is fairly small, but just big enough to sit on our kitchen counter to be checked several times a day. I like the little man, his predictions of rain are pretty accurate, although he often bundles up a bit sooner than I do. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I have had my Aerogarden since May'08, and as of this review, 11/13/08, the first seed kit is still going.

All you have to do is read the directions, takes about 5 mins, and turn it on. 7 weeks later I had fresh herbs to use in my cooking.

Do you know how great it is to put fresh basil on all of your italian dishes? Without even going to the store?

I love to cook, and using the fresh herbs has opened up a new arena.

Some of these herbs are $5 for 4 oz at the store in those little plastic containers. This is right in your home.

The "value" of it will pay for itself in the long run, but defiantly, not within the first year of so.

I am very satisfied with this item. I like its great look (matches with my room decor), performance, accuracy of data and particularly instant (continuous) data transfer from the outdoor Swiss made precision sensor that came with the weather station. The forecast icon (Sunny, Cloudy and rainy) based on changing barometric pressure provides a good visual indication of expected weather. Along with above it has a good digital clock showing atomic time and date with provision for manual setting plus alarm function. I would highly recommend this item to others for home or office use.

Great product. We enjoy having the time and temp alternately flash onto bedroom ceiling, so we don't have to roll over and look at the clock in the middle of the night.

The design team did not think this through. The hose continuously blows loose from the bag. A snap attachment on the inside of the bag would have solved this problem. Until I find away to rectify this flaw I will use the carry along bag that came with the blower. Right now it is useless.

Toro 1800 18-Inch 12 Amp Electric Curve Snow Thrower #38025

I purchased this machine autumn 2007. We received 5 meters (15 foot) of snow last winter in Québec, useless to say that the snow thrower has to work hard! It performed well to clear the driveway (15x20) and pathway. Since we received that much snow, I found the machine to be limited when having to push the snow high enough to reach the top of the snowdrift. And when the snow is more dense, it's sometimes hard to push the machine through snow because of the large sidewalls (each side of the blade). This is more a problem because of the flimsy handle. The main problem I had with the machine is when snow gets in the case, condensation and humidity make the strap slip so the blade won't turn...
