Bradley Original Smoker, Black

So far I have used it twice for smoking pork shoulder. Both times it has come out perfect. The controller is not the most accurate, but there are many mods out there that overcome that. With that said both my experiences were with the unit as-is no mods.

It is a good product. The only fault I can find is when using the smoker with the vent closed for like ribs, so much condensation builds up in the smoker that any wood biscuit left in the cooker at the end of the cooking falls apart and cloggs the feeder.

I use these for poultry, and they give a great smooth smoke flavor. You can't beat the price anywhere if you buy 4 boxes and get the 4-for-3 promotion. Too bad Amazon doesn't offer more flavors in this deal. Apple is the only flavor eligible for the 4-for-3 offer and free shipping.

Bradley Hickory Bisquettes 48 pack

I made some bbq baby back ribs shortly after I got the smoker. I used my usual recipe for ribs just to see if the flavor is better than smoking in the gas grill. I have to say these bisquettes delivered flavor as promised. I smoked the ribs for 4 hours then grilled them lightly on the gas grill before serving; they tasted like coming from the restaurant. I took the leftovers to work and they were gone in minutes. A great product beside the costs... I guess it is worth it afterall.

Bradley Digital Smoker 4 Rack

I have wanted to buy a smoker since last year but could not decide on which one. I originally thought I wanted charcoal, then gas but I decided on the electric. I am so glad I did. It is definatly a lazy mans smoker. I only have had it for a week but I used it 4 times and I love it. I made Wings and my guests have said that it was the best wings they have ever had. The meat fell off the bone. The main reason I bought it was for Sunday Footbal games. I usually have about 8 people over and this will fit enough food to fill us. If you cant decide on which smoker to buy I suggest this one. It is not the cheapest smoker and you do have to buy Bradleys wood chips but you wont be disappointed. Fits fine, but I would have liked to see a more weather proof type material instead of just nylon for what they charge for it.

I had just bought the four rack smoker and came to the realization that I should have bought the six rack. I like the idea of the digital smoker as I can set it and go away or to bed for that matter and not have to worry if I am over heating and burning food. I would say both units are good. but if you are only smoking once or twice a month the manual unit is fine but daily like I do spend the extra money
