The product boxes that it came in where dented but the product was not.
Also the two sponge disks to hold water inside the product that was advertized for the product was not in either box??

Felknor Ventures FV504C Topsy Turvy Upside-Down Tomato Planter

According to the package, it is supposed to have two water diffusion disks inside. Mine did not, so my husband went back to the store to see if he could get them. None in those packages either... I called their customer service number 1-866-533-1123 and was told since I bought it at a store instead of online, to take it back to the store. That's no big deal, except there were NO disks in any of the packages there. (Did I mention my husband already went?! duh) She was quick to let me know that that was not their problem if it was missing pieces. I said I would return the garbage back to the store and the store could return it to them. All it is is a glorified tarp with a hole in the bottom. (Made in China...) Strawberry Tree Vertical Grow Bag

Topsy Turvy Tomato Planter

I bought two of these on a lark. I told fellow gardeners they were just too silly to pass up; secretly, I hoped they would indeed be the Holy Grail of tomato horticulture, providing us with gorgeously full, green, fruit-laden plants like the one pictured on the box. I used the yummiest organic soil mix I could find, and the best fertilizer; hung them in a warm, sunny spot; watered them well... Yeah, you guessed it. I ended up with pallid, sickly-looking plants that produced a grand total of three tomatoes. True, as with any garden adventure, some undiscovered anomaly could have affected their growth...trouble is, I won't have the opportunity to try again next year, because the planter bags are already falling apart. Plug 'N Gro Hanging Planter

There are spiked plastic cages that you put the roots into before pushing them into the holes in the bag. The cages crack while doing this. Then, when it is all filled and ready, you add your water and witness the most ridiculous mud bath your porch has ever seen. Every orifice pukes its guts out. I bought the sister product, the upside down tomato planter at the same time. The tomato planter made it through one season of sun and water, then tore right in half under it's own weight. JUNK. Manufacturer will not even respond to my negative email.
