I bought a different hand trimmer before this one, which was terrible. This one is sturdy and cuts well. I've had it for months now and the foam padding on the handles and the blades themselves have held up. Just what I was looking for in a trimmer.

I bought this item several years ago, sold as the True Value Hardware brand, but obviously an unmarked Fiskars item. It fits well in a pants pocket, the little latch can be operated one-handed, never has gotten dull, never has rusted, never has broken, cuts almost anything up to 1/2".
And it has the anvil pruner advantage of not slipping by or around what you're cutting.

I bought this item several years ago, sold as the True Value Hardware brand, but obviously an unmarked Fiskars item. It fits well in a pants pocket, the little latch can be operated one-handed, never has gotten dull, never has rusted, never has broken, cuts almost anything up to 1/2".

I purchased this spreader after yet another less expensive spreader had cracked and split. I love the pneumatic wheels as I have an extremely steep slope to my back yard and it rolls with so much more ease than the cheaper plastic wheels. It is also far superior in the quality of the spreading mechanism and did a significantly better job when I fertilized the lawn. The only negative comment would be that even for my very handy husband this was a little confusing to put together as the directions were mostly diagrams and not well written. I know that the extra dollars were worth it as this spreader will make it far more than one or two years like the old ones .. so in the end it's actually cheaper. Fast shipping too!!!

Bahco North America #23-30 30x1 Bow Saw Blade

I own an earlier version of this saw (no ergo grip, but its still a Danish product. The current blade is excellent (better and CHEAPER than the Chinese copies; can you believe it). The saw and replacement blades cost less than the original and work just as well. I've had one of these around for almost 30 years, but as the other poster noted blades do wear so get a new one from time to time.

Fiskars Softouch Polished Aluminum Transplanter #7063

I already had the Fiskars Softouch trowel and bought this as a companion, and I'm not sorry I did. I've used a number of different brands and types of transplanters and trowels, and none of them come close to comparing to these.

While there were already two 5 star reviews, I wanted to add a third one just to say how great these are. The price is right, the product is superb - you just can't go wrong here unless you just don't need them (but then you wouldn't be looking at this item, eh?). :-)

Apologies for not submitting review sooner. I just opened up package holding rake today, July 10th, 2008. Since being under severe drought conditions here in San Antonio Texas starting this pass April I really did'nt have anything to rake. The drought did finally break the day before and during the 4Th of July thank God and now I will have some raking to do and by the looks of your product, this sturdy and very pliable feeling rake, it should do the job with great smooth ease and believe me for an achey boomer lady that's just the ticket.
