Anyone who has used a pressure washer knows that it is necessary to keep pushing the dirt and debris ahead of the cleaned surface. This is normally accomplished with the pressure nozzle itself. However, when using the Karcher surface cleaner, this is no longer possible. So, if you decide to purchase this item, be prepared to have a separate garden hose hooked up. You'll need to stop pressure washing occassionally to hose away the grim or it will simply dry on the surface where it lays. Aside from this one problem, the Karcher surface cleaner works very well. I was not sure after reading several reviews. I got it to clean screen enclosure in my patio. I was able to clean what I needed . Expect to lose some pressure but still good cleaning power. You will need muscle to wash all area. I recommend to take breaks after 10-15 minutes. Good quality for the price.

The housing may work on flatter blades but it binds on the curves in my mulching blade (from a Black and Decker electric mower). However, the stone worked fine freehand.

I bragged on this little critter so much I get to sharpen my neighbors' chains too! But it's so quick and easy to use (even for an altercocker like me) I don't mind as they help me out a lot. It has easily paid for itself in one season and if you don't horse on it, it should last for several seasons. Got it quick when I ordered too. Wish there was an attachment or similar critter for touching up chain rakers.

Just bought the mower - so no need (yet) for the replacement blade, which was supplied in a manufacturers box 19"x2"x2"; but, was SHIPPED in a box (B05) which is 22"x5.5"x15" -- and FILLED with paper 'packaging'! At first, I really didn't think there was anything IN it, BUT paper! Then, I received a 100' extension cord, by itself, in your another smaller (Z3)box - which could have accommodated BOTH items! Shame on Amazon! That's just NOT the way to do it anymore!!!!!
