This ficus bonsai was well packaged. when i received the tree it was in good health i did a bit of reastyleing of the tree and it looks very nice
i gave it four stars for the simple fact i didnt hand pick it

I'm on my first batch, but after a few days this set seems to work well.
I made the misfortune of buying seeds from Hirts as well. They are horribly expensive compared to other sites.
I got 7 lbs of seeds for another site for the same price I got about 1/2 a lb (maybe) from Hirts.
Buy the sprouter, NOT the seeds.

Pride of Madeira 50 Seeds - Echium fastuosum

I purchased these seeds in the spring and had to wait a long time this past year to sow them because we had a late winter! It was recommended that the seeds not be sown until the soil temps were 72 degrees. I know this plant is zone 9..more meant for a California clime, but I was told by an expert in these parts that it can and does survive in zone 7...up until a good snow dumping. My seeds did not sprout at all. Ever. None of them. I'm not sure if it was me or the seeds. Might be willing to try again, since I fell in love with this plant while traveling in Big Sur, California this year. Wish the seeds came with more specific instructions on sowing/air temps vs soil temps so maybe I could get them to grow next time.

I don't know if the tree stand works because I won't try it until next year. The box was pretty crushed when I received it, but the stand does not look damaged.

Picotee Blue Morning Glory 10 Seeds

I got a nice stand of primarily light blue flowers with a few other colors. Very nice to look at, but not at all what was advertized.

One wonders if they allowed these to be cross polinated with other varieties.
