I like this product. I have an HTC Touch Cruise cell phone. Standard driver does not work with this phone. I downloaded beta driver, and atfter some scary seconds, voila, it worked just fine. It is not a full replacement for my laptop, but for travel is great. This review was written in my new celio redfly (mosca roja).

It only has up to Flash Player 6 which is built in, in it, and to the best of my knowledge and research at this moment of writting this review and I have done some, I can't upgrade it. Thus I can't play Youtube, Dailymotion, etc. on it or watch movies on it.
Maybe if somebody know how to upgrade it to the latest Flash Player or to atleast Flash Player 9 or maybe to something equivalent or comparable, I would ask them to please share that knowledge here.

This Q1 Ultra has the built in modem that allows you to connect to ATT broadband. My head to head comparison with Verizon's broadband (USB modem)shows ATT to be slightly slower than Verizon. However, for my purposes, the convenience of having a self-contained device with no protruding parts which is constantly connected to the internet is more valuable than the slight decrease in speed. The device maintains the connection to the internet very well. Netflix instant browse is a little slow and doesn't always work even with full bar strength-this is an ATT problem, but may impact your decision if you're looking to stream video from netflix. I run programs that stream data and require XP, and it works perfectly with ATT.

I wouldn't recommend this tablet to anyone who can pay $1800 for a better version on the theme. The Turion is an underpowered CPU compared to a Core 2 Duo, and the keyboard is just too small to replace a decent full-sized laptop. For the price, however -- and assuming you buy for 35% less than listed -- it is a terrific tablet. See, everything is relative in a review! Here's why it's a good tablet if you get it cheap:
-HP extended batteries are very good at extending your runtimes, and
I'm happy to say long battery-powered use is easily in the three hour
range
-the touch screen is very, very good, and it's almost real-tim
responsive. If you can accept the slight delay, it works for you.

I got this to use as an ebook reader. It will load the software for most ebook formats. Great for use on the subway.

I also use the wifi feature, and get on the internet with it also.

Good for taking meeting notes with the pen, and can attach a full sized keyboard with USB.

Just right when you need something more than a PDA, but don't need the larger screen of a laptop.

A 800 Mhz Celeron CPU doesn't cut it. MAYBE if they had included Windows 2000, but WinXP needs a 1.5 Ghz or higher cpu to feel snappier.

I still don't know what's the hype with the "tablet PC" idea.

I recommend a SONY VAIO P4 notebook, instead of this.
