This is a beautiful, well designed case. The case looks like stainless steel and very heavy, resists dings; not like most aluminum cases that easily ding. Fully loaded, it weighs over forty pounds, and the handles and skids come in handy moving it around. The first thing I did was customize it, removing the heat ejection tunnel, and cutting an 8.5 x 11 window opening in the access side panel; adding an acrylic pane. I removed the oem fans and replaced them with blue led Cooler Master Fans. I added two 12 inch blue modding light tubes on the side panel which bathes the interior with a cold blue glow. I was disappointed in this case and do not recommend it. Pros: It looks cool, its quiet, and the inside has solid fit and finish. Cons: Power supply was DOA and Antec was not helpful with getting a replacement, did not cover my shipping costs nor offer any assistance with the new PS I had to buy to diagnose it. The HDD and Power lights on the front of the case don't actually exist, unless they are hidden really well. There are better cases for less money out there.

I purchased this case with lowered expectations due to some other reviews. When the case arrived I was very pleased. The case is beautiful. It has superb cooling, is not very noisy, and has tons of room. Having the power supply on the bottom works out very well. Not using rails is a small annoyance, that is made up for by the excellent thumb screws provided.

My only complaint is not having a way to mount a 3.5" external device. Antec sells a separate adapter, but I feel the adapter should be included in the case. I hate floppies, but I they are still needed on occasion. The lack of the adapter is why I did not give the case 5 stars.

This is by far the best pc case I've ever owned. High air flow is an understatement. Massive fans in front, side and top provide all the cooling you'll ever need and best of all you cab barely tell they are even running (very quite). The case is quite large(and the widest I've ever seen) giving you plenty of room for hidden cable management. The top or bottom power supply placement is also a great option, with the bottom placement allowing for airflow from the bottom.
If you looking for a quality case with a lot of features and flexibility, this is it.

This is my second Antec P182 and my fourth Antec case over the years.

Without doubt the case is very well thought out. The composite sides make for a very quiet case and the recess behind the motherboard allows for "external" of the cables, helping to keep obstruction of the air flow to a minimum. I was concerned about the 8-pin/4-pin cable lengths of power supplies being able to be routed behind the board and then entering in to power the motherboard, but it was not a problem with the Corsair 620HX and 520 HX power supplies with which I have worked. (Those power supplies are also wonderful because of their quiet operation and the use of modular cables allows for unobstructed air flow and having to fiddle around with fixing extra cables out of the ... 4BAY Desktop Blk 250W ATX12V Mitx

I wanted to build fanless NAS for home use, so I've chosen this case to keep my fanless intel mATX board and hard drives. The case is pretty fine, with all the parts well made. There's are no problems with putting main board into it and in general it works pretty file. Couple of flaws however - LEDs (power/hdd) are invisible unless you are in front of the case. If you are viewing from any angles you will have hard times finding it works or not. Unless you head it ;( I for some reason used to believe the power supply used in this case is fanless. It is NOT. And it makes hell lot of noise (as of now it's louder than my desktop).

Giving 2 stars for overall quality, but I'd not rather buy it again due to noisy power supply.

NZXT TEMPEST Enthusiast Steel ATX Midtower-Retail

The NZXT Tempest takes everything that is great about the Antec 900 and improves upon it by adding 8 vertical hard drive bays.

Pros:
Power supply placement at the bottom of the case so fans on top can vent hot air upwards, fan intakes to cool all 8 hard drive bays, and a very solid overall build quality make this one of the best mid-tower cases available.

Cons:
Packaging is skimpy on protection, be sure to check for damage and the case is slightly larger than most mid-tower cases, but forgivable because of the amount of hard drive bays
