THIS HEATING PAD IS WELL MADE. AND WORKS FINE BUT IT GETS REAL HOT AND IT HAS TO BE COVERED WITH SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE MOVED BY THE PET OR IT MIGHT BURN THE PET
I USED IT UNDER THE PILLOW IN HER DOGGIE BED AND THE HEAT DOES NOT COME THROUGH THE PILLOW. ALSO IT GET SO HOT I AM AFRAID TO LEAVE IT ON FOR FEAR OF BURNING THE PILLOW.
THIS ITEM WAS NOT A GOOD SOLUTION FOR ME.
MY DOG ONLY WEIGHS 2 1/2 LBS

I have a 22 pound mini pin & she loves it. She is getting old and I bought a couple of these & she just plops her big self right on top. When it is a bit cold in the house somehow she does manage to squeeze most of her body inside.. I wish it was bigger but my doggie is still happy!!

The kitty hut is a little small but that doesn't matter one bit to my cat. She is normally a long haired cat that we keep shaved for the sake of our furniture. Since we introduced her to the heated Kitty Hut she rarely leaves it. She loves it. I love that I don't have to worry about her being cold anymore.

I'm very glad to critique this item. It was VERY deceptively Advertised!!! I needed the PAD for a larger doggie-hut, but settled for its advertised SIZE of 14" X 28". The foam-rubber pad and cover certainly are that size...but NOT THE ACTUAL Heating Pad which is slightly uder 6" by slightly over 20". YES - that is the truth!! I was at a very busy time in my life, and sending it all back would have been MOST inconvenient. I would NEVER order anything else from this COMPANY! I may be wrong - but something I quickly read about their RETURN Process seemed to be one of JUMPING THRU HOOPS. The POINT is - they should NEVER have advertised the MAT at such a size - when it was the FLUFF that made up for the difference NOT the Mat itself.

I adopted a puppy and purchased one of the smaller sizes. She has of course out grown it so I thought I would purchase a bigger size. My dog does not seem to care for it in her crate at night but loves it to lounge on when she is outside her crate.I am pleased with this product.

I ordered two of these dog beds in the cinnamon color to replace the white ones that I had purchased a few years ago at a well-known pet store. The beds are well-made and still look new after being washed. From my experience with the white ones, they should last for years. I purchased the cinnamon replacements because white eventually turns a very dingy color that will not come out in the wash.
