Thanks W. Jiang for the idea! My husband just replaced the inner battery of this Petsafe RFA-188 battery with a Duracell 1/3N battery found in our small town local hardware store for $4.00! He said he broke off the seal holding the old 1/3N battery and popped in the new one without tape or glue. We love the Petsafe Little Dog Receiver but after reading all the reviews about how fast the batteries died, I was a little concerned. We turn the batteries (2 dog collars) off at night and back on during the day and the first collar lasted about 2 months. Replacing the battery every 2 months at $4.00 a pop is, in my opinion, no big deal. What freedom for us and our 2 dogs!
We never could get our 11-year-old Jack Russell to stop barking at noises and guests and doorbells and the UPS truck or even at us when we would sneak a kiss in the kitchen, or hand each other something (jealousy?), etc. etc. etc., and this was after a couple of doggy schools. Then we moved into a condo building where we had to do something -- our neighbors told us they could hear him bark while they were trying to sleep. So we bought the Citronella Bark Collar. Good grief, why didn't we do this years ago? We were so worried about hurting the little dog's feelings or something. But guess what? He learned how not to bark, and in a completely humane way. I think he is much happier because we are all living in peace now. After all, he was genetically ... Read More:

You sure can teach an old dog a new trick! My dog, Greta, who is old, half blind and slow moving immediately took to this pad holder. No more messes on the floor because the pads would leak. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a dog that stays home alone while you are away at work. It is well made and stays in place on the floor. Other pad holders I looked at were very cheap in materials and flimsy. This one has snap closures on the sides to keep the pad flat and from moving around when the dog steps on it. Buy it, it is well worth the money.

I highly recommend this rechargable device over the cheaper one where you'll end up paying just as much in replacing batteries. It's really a no brainer for a better device. The charger can charge both the collar and remote at same time.
My doberman is a very smart dog, sometimes too smart for his own good. He had some perks which I couldn't seem to control like excessive barking, jumping up on people, and etc. Obedience training only helped a little and I never liked shocked collars. However trying to dicipline him wasn't effective. I finally cracked and decided to get a shock collar and decided on this one because of reviews, build quality, and features. I was putting this on my dog so I wasn't going to skimp on such a device. You can reprogram ... Read More:

We have 2 small dogs and have broken them to the pads. I am not sure about this product, maybe if I had purchased the trays to put them in it might be better. What I found was they have a tendency to feel damp on the bottom. This is not what you want in wee wee pads.

My 2 little chihuahuas would occasionally miss the pad when it was sitting directly on the tile floor and I would have to clean it daily. Now, the hit the spot every time! This has been a lifesaver and timesaver for me!
Our kitty loves to scratch her new scratch post. We bought this as an additional post to her cat tree. She stretches and scratches while we are watching tv. She comes running in and climbs up on it. I wish she could sit on top. There is an additional seat available that can be attached to it, it slides on the top. This is a sturdy, good quality post with sisal carpet instead of rope.
Soft Paws / Soft Claws for Cats - Medium Natural
At first I was a little skeptical, but now that they have been on a week, they really do work well!
I had to have another person hold each cat, as I was putting on the nails (and yes, they did squirm and howl, but I think it was just because they did not care to be held that much...one cat even tried to bite me, but at least he can no longer scratch!)
I picked my school colors black and red and the size medium fit all three of my cats( one is 5 pounds, 8 pounds, and 13 pounds.)
I gave my cat a bath today, and they did not come off in the water, and he could not scratch me (dispite his efforts)
Basically, I am extremely happy with them and will no longer be woken up by my cats scratching my bedposts ... Read More:

We bought the extension along with the couch sized scat mat. It reached comfortably over to the chair because the cord is 12 feet long. We set it down without kitty seeing and waited. She did notice something was up when I leaned over close to the mat and my hair touched the mat. It made a couple snapping noises until I realized what I was doing. She was curious and jumped up to sniff. Boy, she didn't like that! She has not been on the chair since and will not jump on it unless we are sitting there and she wants a lap.
The mat is about as thick as one of those heavier plastic table cloths. It also "talks" to the main scat mat to tell if something has touched it. You touch the main box and it blinks the amount of times something has touched it. If you touch the box ... Read More:
I read through all the other reviews prior to purchasing this product and after picking through a lot of conflicting opinions, I decided to get a pair and see for myself. Result: they work perfectly. My wife and I have a rat terrier that sheds just enough to leave evidence every time he camped out on the couches while we were away (not to mention the saliva and food stains when he would drag a bone up). From the first day we started using the Tattle Tales, he has stayed away from the couches unless invited up.
Why does the device work for us and not for others? To begin with, our dog is pretty skittish around mechanical devices. Our couches are fairly firm too so they transmit vibrations from the outer ends a little better than perhaps some others. I read in ... Read More:
