The dogs love the Happy Hips! I have two large dogs, one who is very finisky about what he'll take as a treat and two very large neighborhood dogs that come over at night to get a "treat". The strips are approximately 6" x 3/4 of an inch and are relatively easy to cut/tear in half if neeeded. The bag is large enough for two or three a day each withhout me having to stock up. Although a whole bag between two dogs, all at once, is not good. I don't know if it helps the hips at all on the monsters, but it certainly gets the tails going!

I didn't have a problem with the smell or the edges of these treats. I had a problem with the size. I thought they were entirely too big to be considered training treats. You need to have a big dog to use these treats for training. I have a maltipoo and peekapoo and these treats take them at least a minute to eat. By the time they finish the treat they've forgotten what they were praised for.

My Boxer loves these treats. Only thing is they get a little sloppy and if you have wall to wall carpet it can be very messy. She eats it too quick and it won't stay in the toy.

First, my dog LOVES these Dingo bones. He won't touch any other kind of bone, but these are a special treat. He's very finicky, so I'm thrilled to find something he enjoys so much. Plus, since these don't have the knots at the end, I'm able to give them to him and feel confident that there won't be any gastrointestinal issues later. (My sister had a poor dog that swallowed the knotted end of a bone and had to have a surgery to remove the blockage.)

But this particular Amazon item... is it for three packages of three bones? One would have to imagine, since it's over $10... but assuming it's so doesn't MAKE it so. It says it's a three-pack, but there are three bones per package, so it doesn't necessarily mean there are three ... Read More:

We bought a bag of these after seeing our dog's reaction to the Zuke's Mini Naturals, and he can't get enough. They are large pieces for a small dog (we have a 6 pound toy poodle), but he doesn't have any trouble with them because they're not stiff. They are also very easy to break into small pieces with your hands if you're using them for training. They actually smell good, like beef jerky. Highly recommended.

This is the only catnip my cats allow in the house, all others are spurned. They drool all over it and rub in it, if you put it in their toys, they throw them around the house, then comes the long worn out nap. Fun is had by all!
