I purchased this for my Ruger 10/22 carbine. Installed easily. Sighted in with no problems. Optics clear. Adjustable magnification is great for us whose vision is not what it once was. I would definitely recommend this rifle scope to my comrades.

I mounted the scope on my Marui MP5A5 and played many day and night games with it. Love the 4 differnet reticles and ease of use and sighting in. It works as expected and well worth the $$. The only thing that is not really a con but could have gotten it 5 stars is the reticle could be brighter. Night games as awesome when the brightness is set to 1 (out of 7). I found that during day games with sunny weather, even when on 7, it is hard to see the reticle.

The unit seems solidly built. the unit is not real easy to adjust for windage and elevation. I have been able to get it within 3 inches of zeroed. My main concern is the switch is starting to be inconsistant about turning on. overall it does what I need and is not a bad deal for the money

For Ruger 10/22 4x30 Rifle Scope free mount and rings combo

Well, where do I begin? I took this to the range with my new 10/22 yesterday.

The rings that come in this package are terrible. They loosen up after about one magazine through your 10/22, and need constant re-tightening. As you can imagine, this makes the scope shoot less than perfectly. It took a very long time to get the scope zeroed in, and the adjustments did not seem like they were holding perfectly through a 500 round day. You might be able to apply some Loctite to these to make them hold better, but then taking them off would be a massive pain. Believe me, you'll want to take them off sooner rather than later.

NCStar Mark III Mil Dot 3-9x42 Tactical Scope

I bought this scope to mount on a flat top AR-15 with 20" barrel. It is absolutely perfect. It is very difficult to find a good scope for ARs. Most 3x9 scopes are too long to mount and still maintain a good shooting position with enough eye relief. Without a modified stock, a scope of less than 8" is almost a necessity. Most of the smaller tactical scopes such as the ACOG are very expensive (600$-1200$). This scope gives you comparable performance to an ACOG at 1/10 the price. I am in the army and use the ACOG regularly. The biggest advantage I can see of the ACOG over this scope is durability, (but how many of us honestly need a scope that is waterproof up to 100 meters and can withstand the shock of a two story fall?).
