I bought this camera to take on a week long (no electricity) dory trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. It took great pictures and was lots of fun to have going through the white water rapids. However, I guess because it only has an LCD display (no viewfinder) its battery only lasted through about 150 pictures. I wish I had taken an extra (charged) battery with me on the trip. I wanted a small camera to take on vacation. Although I've always used Canons, I decided to buy the Panasonic based on its great reviews, the Leica lens, and the image stabilization feature.

Well, it certainly is pocket-sized, but since the monitor covers almost the entire back of the camera, it's very easy to see what you're doing. The "intelligent auto" mode makes it relatively simple to use right out of the box. The camera has lots of nice advanced features, too, some of which take a bit of reading and practice to figure out. (I'll be working on that for a while.) It does remarkably well in low light, even without tripod or flash. My vacation photos came out crisp and beautiful. Highly recommended!

This camera works so great and is easy to operate and understand! The price for this bundle pack was the best price I could find anywhere by $30.00. You cannot beat the quality of this camera for the price. I would reccomend this camera for anyone who wants a simple to use with great results camera! If you find a better price I would be highly surprised!

easy to use, takes great pictures, in this price range/category you can't do any better..i did a lot of research. I initially did not like the AA battery power source, but like very much now that I found good hybrid rechargeable batteries, though the shutter does lag moreso with this power source. The zoom on this camera is awesome. the 3 inch view screen is nice in size, but very hard to see in the sun..even with setting on brightest setting and the resolution is just ok. solid build quality, a little bigger than most cameras in this price range and does not fit in the hand that easy. Besides these few minor gripes, i highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for a quality point and shoot with a good zoom and 10 megapixels.

I recently purchased this camera from a local electronics sale for a very affordable price of 120 dollars.

I bought this camera as a replacement for my old Canon Elph, which had been dropped months ago. In comparison the Canon Elph and Kodak EasyShare are incredibly similar offering many of the same features with the only real difference being the camera's shell. The Canon Elph has a sturdy metal exterior, while the Kodak EasyShare has a suitable plastic exterior.

That begin said, the Canon camera cost me over 300$, which is over twice what I had paid for this higher resolution Kodak camera.

The camera looks sleep, is fairly small, and has a cool design, but its user interface is pretty confusing to use, and I personally don't think the pictures are that great, a lot of mine turn out grainy and have to be photoshopped to look decent. You can find better

I received this camera a week ago and so far its been ok. first off...The camera is a 7mp not 7.2, I've been reading that a lot of people are being mislead about this. You really have to play around with the settings in order to get a really nice normal picture. Some settings produce extremely grainy low quality pictures. I have yet to upload the pictures to my computer so it may be that the LCD screen is just not giving the pictures justice (which has happened with previous cameras of mine).

The video feature is VERY nice. I used it on my friend the other night and the quality was surprisingly good.

I suggest reading the manual all the way through. i consider myself technologically sound and its still taken me a while to understand what all the symbols ... Read More:

This a great deal for newbies like me just entering the DSLR world. As you are noticing in your research there are tons of options to choose from, which can be overwhelming at first. After less than a month and about 400 pictures took it, I got a "Lens error, restart camera" (not the first one with this problem Canon should know about it so far). Without any drop or hitting the camera. I was on trip mad to not viable to take more pictures. There is no international warranty.
