I took this lens to the zoo last week, and got some great shots of the animals. I found out that I really should have used a tripod or a monopod for some of the zoomed-in photos, but live and learn. I'm very happy with the quality of the construction.

I bought this Compact Flash card to use it with my new Sony Alpha A200, I have a week shooting everything, everywhere like a mad. I've tested shooting jpg's and RAW's, and also in burst mode and I gotta tell you, 0 complains to the Kingston. Great capacity (4GB), fast as it said it is (133x) and so far no image damaged.

So, don't buy this card for a Pro work, isn't made to do this job. This is a memory card of excelent performance for us the amateurs/high enthusiatic photographers, you can't find a better deal for the money.

This camera is great. Although my title suggests this is best bet for beginners, this camera can be great for intermediate to semi-pro photographers with a limited budget.

Pros
- Relatively economic compared to other higher end Canon D-SLRs. Value for money. I purchased:
- This camera (body only)
- a 4 GB CF card
- Canon 200dg Camera bag
- Canon 50mm f1.8 lens
- Extra battery for Canon
All this for a total of $690.

- Excellent resolution pictures with a lot of detail.
- LCD is larger and brighter.
- The 9 point AF is fast, accurate and performs well in low light.
- Settings are very easy to get to. For eg it is very easy and quick to change ISO and AF modes

For $50 you are receiving a 7inch digital frame that gets the job done. This frame does not have great resolution or picture quality, but as I said, you only paid $50.

This picture frame is nice because it is a good size and fits perfectly on your desk.

If you are looking for a digital picture frame with really nice quality, this is not for you. On the other hand, if you are just looking for a good size frame to have a slideshow of your favorite pictures, this one is for you! For the price/size, you can't beat it!

People that downgrade this camera don't know how to use it. Read the manual -it may take a few hours of your time,but it is worth it. It's pretty much scratch proof. It takes great pics in low light-and I had the model that was out a year before that this came out-this is MUCH better. This has steady shot so you don't have to worry about a shaky hand. This is the kind of high-end item that could actually be a classic and sell for more in the future. I don't know how Sony can top this! Loaded with features (that you actually can use). Extremely light!!
