Quicken Deluxe 2009

The only reason I gave this only 4 stars is because I found it a bit difficult to use right out of the box. I used Money for so many years that I found Quicken a bit confusing a first. Made many errors in the beginning. Quicken help desk is great which I would give them 5 stars.

Quicken Personal Finances 2007 for Mac

I was wary of trying this when I saw all of the bad reviews, but after buying and using it for 4 months, I don't regret purchasing it. True, it seems a little disjointed, but once you remember that you use the program by using the top menu bar and do your navigation that way and through the little windows on the screen, one gets used to it. But remember, this software wasn't written for Leopard. I had no problem what so ever using it.

TurboTax Deluxe 2005 with State Win/Mac [Old Version]

I ordered TurboTax Federal and unlike last year this comes WITHOUT state. When I attempted to load state the product prompted for an ADDITIONAL $34.95. So I contacted them by e-mail (twice), on-line help (twice), and phone (twice). Guess what? Three of the six inquiries were something like "well the states are not available yet but they'll be free", two were "look at our website for descriptions of the product" which I'd BEEN using for years, and the last was it was all a mixup and it was "not free." So fortunately Amazon was VERY, VERY UNDERSTANDING and did what TurboTax refused to do and took it back. I switched to TaxCut. When I called them they provided REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Go TaxCut!

QuickBooks Pro 2006 [OLD VERSION]

This o6 quickbooks asked me to register, it needed the phone number and postcode of the prior owner. I didn't have that so I called in to be informed by Intuit that Amazon is not supposed to sell used copies of quickbooks, and they have an agreement to this effect. My quickbooks is inoperable. $70 down the tubes. boo!!!

Norton AntiVirus 2008 with Antispyware

If you have a money tree in your backyard you can purchase this product. If you don't, and you purchase this product it will be wasted money. I wish I could rate the product negative stars. My computer is at a standstill. It took at least 15 minutes for this page to pop up to write this review. Now I am forced to go crawling back with my tail between my legs to the other product I've used for many years. I am taking my graduate courses online and this product has made that completely impossible. Opening up google, or any other search engine takes FOREVER. My laptop is a Toshiba top of the line...now I feel like flinging it against a wall in hopes that the crash will open up the page, and I won't have to sit around and wait for a page to open up. TurboTax Deluxe Tax Year 2006

this product was very impressive.it's very easy to use.i will buy turbo tax every year from now on.it will save time by not going to the local tax place and waiting in lines.the impressive part is how when you are finished it prints out on it's own forms just like at your local tax office and has a signature spot too.great product.

Quickbooks Pro 2007 for Windows

I just got off the phone with Quickbooks Support after I was told I HAD TO buy the tech support subscription in order to get the program I bought last year to work.
This constitutes a breach of contract, and is an extremely dirty business tactic. I paid for a product that I am unable to use until I buy a service agreement.
I am a CPA and have about 10 versions of Quickbooks on my computer but I will discourage anyone from using Quickbooks from now on.
If you make the best product, you don't have to resort to dirty tactics such as this to get people to buy your product.

This is simply unabashed greed.
