The day before I ordered this Jam Pack, I had received an M-Audio 88es USB velocity sensitive keyboard from amazon (reviewed separately) Keystation 88es 88 Key USB MIDI Controller and sustain pedal M-Audio SP-2 US65010 Sustain Pedal Piano Style Sustain Pedal for Keyboards

The standard Garage Band 'Grand Piano' sounded just "OK", and there was no harpsichord. Those were my prime reasons for ordering this Jam Pack... and to have fun with the other sounds, of course.

I have been searching for this product for years. I had one when I put my Grandson at 18months on it. He progressed rapidly and it was a delight to see how he caught on. It is simple, because the child can hit any key and it will respond appropriately. I consider this the best program for toddlers, and believe me I have bought a lot trying to get this one again (I loaned it out and it disappeared) Thanks CC

Although I purchased several study aids, including Kaplan GRE Exam in a Box (which I also recommend), this little software package became my primary study tool.
My test prep was focused on the GRE. When I first installed the software and started poking around, the graphics seemed a little too "cutesy". But then I took the initial diagnostic exam, and was given approximate baseline scores which seemed quite reasonable (given that my high school math is about 30 years in the past, and I had done exactly no preparation).

I have tried different products like the Rosetta Stone French, the online version of Tell Me More French as well as some paid podcasts before, because I really need to learn french. This is a far superior product if you want to really learn French and not just play with some fancy software. It does not have features like voice recognition but it's very nice designed. It's superiority comes from the method and the nice explanations and the clarity. I could not adapt to the Rosetta Stone's teaching method, that is more suitable for kids in my opinion, plus Rosetta Stone is more like fast food while Fluenz is nice cuisine. Even though it is 2008, there are roads built in 2005-2006 not in the directions. Makes for a HUGE problem.

Other than that, it works as advertised.

For the first time since purchasing a variety of items thruogh Amazom.com, I can say I am deeply disappointed with this product. I purchased it for my daughter. She said she received an error message but when she went to the Rosetta site, there was no way to get support via that website. As she is out of the country, it is very expensive for her to be at a computer AND telephone as the technical support individual mentioned. Therefore, we have gone through considerable expense for her to FEDEX the software to me so that I can return it. I have done that and now I am waiting for the "verdict" from Amazon.com regarding a refund. I totally DISAGREE with the inappropriate review from the so-called educated "SNOB" trying to knock the entire series down by labeling prospective buyers as lazy and only looking for quick and easy ways to learn! I personally own seven books from the Incredibly Easy/Visual Series and would HIGHLY recommend all of them. They are wonderful books. I am a visual learner myself and things started clicking for me when I put this series of books together with my text books.

If Mr. Las Vegas REALLY has an ADVANCED degree, then why did he purchase a book with this title in the first place? Is he a professor or something and looking for a supplement book for his pupils?

Pilates: For Lower Back Pain

I'm 23 and I have problems with my back. I'm 5'4" and about 120 pounds. I used to run NCAA track and cross country.

I have problems with my lower back and this dvd is really good at pointing out correct methods for stretching and doing strength exercises.

It's a good workout for someone whose back is in a lot of pain, but would probably be too easy for someone with a healthy back.
