I am a beginning scriptwriter and I found the software easy to use, and undestandable - however, it does on occasion crash, so I put my automatic save at 3 minutes. Also, you have to think twice when saving, because the fdr files can only be edited in Final Draft, so you need to make a rich text backup as well. But, let me tell you if you are looking for a way to save time - this is the product you want to get

We used this product to transfer all of our old home videos (VHS & Hi8MP) into dvd's. Very easy product to use, highly recommend.

I thought it was a fairly good product. It was easy and fun to use, it was more like a kid's computer game than an adult product. Which could be a good or bad thing depending on your preferences. It did help me learn to type better I'm at 47 words a minute verses the 18 when I started. It has a Spanish language mode and even teaches you the numeric keys. So all in all I give it a 4 out of 5.

Kid Pix Deluxe 3

I was also unable to get Kid Pix 3 to work on XP. After searching the internet, we found a way that was supposed to make it compatible. We followed every direction to make this thing work. It did end up finally loading, but then it would crash. Finally we found a tech support number. First we were told that there was only support on the web for KP3, but the website directs us back to call for support. We were bounced us back and forth and back and forth to different departments. NO ONE wanted to take responsibility to help us (Broderbund is notorious for this). They only gave tech support if we had Kid Pix 4! What a runaround!!!

This program is a great way to learn a language. The method of using pictures with the text helps you make associations and learn much faster,easier and more fun than just memorizing words. You do need to be self motivated but I found myself looking forward to the lessons. The program will automatically recommend to repeat a lesson if you make too many errors. I love that you can have up to 5 users so others can learn along with you and that makes it a good value for households that have several members who would like to learn the language. I think it would also be a good family activity/project and learning with others would be great for motivation and practice. PD+Rescue for iPod Win/Mac

A couple months ago, i got a new PC and something went wrong when trying to transfer all my music to the new computer. I had 900 songs on my iPod, but none on my computer. Using PD Rescue, i got all the song back and it only took about and hour for the whole process!! The program is easy to use and does what its supposed to. I had no problems!! THANKS PD RESCUE!!!!

Typing Instructor for Kids Version 3

This is a pretty neat program, even for adults. We used it to introduce our nephew to touch typing and he made a lot of progress in two weeks, after he got past the not so intuitive opening bits. [Best to just jump past them.] Then I tried it to touch up my own typing skills -- worked well. The "kids stuff" is sort of fun once you get to a certain age, and the key thing is the keyboard exercise.

This product will allow you to communicate on a basic level in German. After completing the three levels you will still be at a beginner level. Do not buy this product expecting to become fluent in German.

Microsoft OneNote 2007

Purchased OneNote for my new Tablet Laptop for school.
First time I tried it, the pen featured kept disabling itself stating "Windows XP tablet edition SP required". Um, ok I have that preinstalled on the laptop. Formated my machine and put a still steamy new copy of XP tablet edition back on. Nada. Upgrade to SP3, nada. Most people have had little problems with this app, but if you are like me and roll the dice wrong. You are boned, there is NOTHING out there to help you and Microsoft just says "We cannot clarify what or if there is a problem. Thank you."
