I ordered this software from zuouw, and he informed me that it was actually an academic version. I was unaware of this. I thought from the ad that it was the professional version. This person actually refunded my money. I wish everyone in america upheld the business ethics that zuouw upholds. This was a very pleasant experience for me due to the fact that zuouw is a very ethical human being.

As Developer and System Analyst Visual Studio 2005 it was the best buy in the category development that i made it, powerfull, easy custom and full deploy , build applications with experience, full interaction with windows, as provider my customers trust me with this new tool and they see it very important results.

FileMaker Pro 8 Win/Mac [Old Version]

I really like this database program. It has been so easy for me to learn to design easy to use forms specific to our business. We do all of our purchase orders, estimates, contacts, and work orders in Filemaker Pro. Even the most technology resistant employees have found the forms unintimidating and easy to use. Even though outfitting us all with the database hasn't been cheap, and the updates are a little on the pricey side, I still give Filemaker Pro 5 stars. We'd be lost without it!

Over the years this software has improved by leaps and bounds. It was one of the first user friendly Dbase systems out there with a fully functional relational structure for PCs even in the old DOS days, when it was called Alpha Four, which by the way, some people still use!

Why is it good? The answer is that it is well designed, in fact so well designed it can write its own code in the background. Novice users can create very flashy and effective front ends to their own data or create a client for most of the top SQL databases, and the like out there. For the heavy hitters and code junkies, there is a very potent version of basic (X-Basic). Additionally, the price for this product is outrageous. On a lighter note, this product works well when used with Visual Basic.
