You will not be able to get hold of customer service no matter what.
You will be put on automatic renewal of your credit card info however.
The refund people at McAfee will attempt to find a reason not to give you the rebate even if you qualify. The program does not load easily, and usually will install in only two of your three computers. Basically, you'll need to return this crappy program and order "Windows Live One Care" like I did. McAfee sucks!

PagePlus X3 Publisher Professional

Ok, I have to admit it - I'm totally converted to Serif software when I hadn't even heard of them 6 months. I've used Microsoft Publisher for years and years, but after using both WebPlus and DrawPlus from Serif I thought I'd give their DTP product a go. THis is more powerful, has loads more features, is far easier to use AND is a lot less money than Microsoft.

I've just made a flyer for an upcoming event. The thing that surprises me most is the drawing and graphics tools which are in here - I didn't need to use DrawPlus, I just did it straight in PagePlus. Norton 360 Version 2.0 Premier Edition

We had not used Norton products in a couple of years. When I saw that this package allowed up to three computers it didn't take much to convince me to try Norton again.
So far no problems.
The only thing I dislike, which is more of a pain than a problem, is when the antivirus updates you have to reboot. I understand why this is done, it is just a pain to do it.

We had not used Norton products in a couple of years. When I saw that this package allowed up to three computers it didn't take much to convince me to try Norton again.
So far no problems.

Paragon Ntfs for MAC Os X

This software allows you to access an NTFS formatted hard drive with an Apple Mac.
The access is limited however. It is not possible to play large video files from the NTFS hard drive. By large I mean anything over 2-3 GB. I find this to be an annoying problem. The work around is to copy the file you want to play from the NTFS external hard drive onto the computer. This is the only problem I have noticed so far. I give the product 6 out of 10.

Virus protection is a necessary evil in today's computers. So is spyware protection and firewall. This handles all of them. They can be "evil" because you have to make sure they don't interfere your other software or slow you computer to a crawl.

If you managed to wade through the lengthy product description, you saw that it protects "Six ways".

Protects against:
Viruses
Spyware
Hackers
Bad internet sites

and it offers a "clutter" cleaner for your computer
as well the subscription service.

(In the past, I've paid for a registry cleaner alone for $30/year. )

With MS Vista, there seems to be less spyware,virus or firewall (security) worries, but nothing's guaranteed. This program ... Read More:

Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard Edition [OLD VERSION]

I bought Adobe Acrobat 6.0 more than a year ago because someone told me that 7.0 had some glitches to watch out for. I have had to reload the 6.0 software at least 15 times because it hangs up or just stops working. I searched for answers online and finally learned that the problem comes from the updates not being installed correctly. You cannot have updates on the computer that are a later version than the software. I took off all versions of updates for both reader and acrobat and installed just 6.0. Then, I installed the updates and the latest version of Adobe Reader. I haven't had to reload the software since. Hope this helps someone resolve their issues with this product.

Microsoft FrontPage 2003 [OLD VERSION]

Disk took 2 weeks to arrive, it was cracked (sent in paper envelope with no protection) and had "NOT FOR RESALE" stamped on its front. I attempted numerous times to contact the seller to no avail.
