Adobe Acrobat 5.0 [OLD VERSION]

I was using Acrobat Exchange 2.0 and the 5.0 version is a definite step up. As a writer (http://secretsgolden.com/)Adobe Acrobat is necessary to my work. I wouldn't be without it, and v.5.0 is a very good program!

While I did not expect much with McAfee Internet Security 2009 it did, at least, meet my expectations. As someone that works in the computing industry I know how the consumer level anti-virus packages can be below par and really cause headaches for the end user. Corporate level packages are much better, but I will get off topic here...

McAfee Internet Security 2009 was decently quick during the installation and updating phases. It followed the usual steps of uninstalling older software packages and did it with ease, but I'm sure it was just luck in my case. 6?,7?,8? years. Reliable and fast enough on my 4 household computers.
If Spy Sweeper doesn't get them all, it doesn't leave many. I have used SpyWare Doctor on my equipment along with SS. SD just doesn't find enough left-overs to justify the cost and slow-down.

This product is very easy to install and configure. While the graphical interface is quite archaic, the functions are well placed and simple to use.

For monitoring the amount of time someone spends on the internet or computer itself, the software excels.

The reason for the 2 star rating is the fact that the company claims to have an effective system for protecting kids on the internet. This is a false claim and I will explain why.

The software claims to have 2 systems in place for disallowing the computer user to surf to smut sites. One of them is general categorical site blocking, the other blocks everything except URLs the administrator manually inputs.
