After buying a few katanas from this site awhile back, I quickly realized that I needed a practice one to hone my technique so that I would feel more confident when it came time to handle a real one. I decided that this bokken katana would suit my needs. It recieved many positive reviews and it was also cheap. It arrived in less than a week and I immediately fell in love with it. I was amazed at how similar this sword felt compared to my real ones. My experience with the product is limited to about 3 weeks of fairly intense use. I ordered this as a vital component of my ninja training, and it arrived rapidly and in discreet packaging. So far it has proven to be fairly sturdy and reliable. Build quality is good and is has held up well under regular use, though I would not place more than 200 lbs of load on the provided rope. I have used this to scale all sorts of urban environments in security and stealth, and the collapsible nature of the product allows it to fit comfortably on my utility belt. Once my training is complete, I fully expect this will be an invaluable piece of equipment in my one man crusade against crime. Evildoers beware!

this product started to fall apart after only a few swings. After a week of use the tip fell off. It would be fine for one time bedroom play but nothing else.

The item arrived pretty fast, a part of it seemed to look a bit used and broken but I needed it for a costume so it was nice. Not really good to use for S&M play but you get what you paid for and it was cheap. I recommend to use for show versus play.

Wushu Shoes (Feiyue Brand) -

These shoes are excellent for both kung fu and wushu and working out on carpet or concrete - which is what they were designed for. I would not advise them for running, as the sole does not have much padding. They are excellent for any martial arts requiring a wide range of foot motion or very low stances (like karate/Northern style kung fu/wushu) because they leave the ankles uncovered, allowing a large range of ankle flexibility. They're also good because the flat sole keeps you from pronating while doing kicks or being in low stances, which can sprain or strain an ankle.

They do tend to get holes and splits along the big toe or heel after about six months of working out 5-6 days a week. However, for the price, I highly recommend them.
