i am very happy with my shaker i bought it before i deployed cause i knew i was going to be taking a lot of things over here. The only problem is that they are so cheap i kinda wish i had bought two cause i am having a hard time keeping it clean over here... it does leak a little bit but that is only when i am shaking NO-Explode but it does say on the bottle that it shouldnt be shaken cause it builds up pressure so i really cant complain...

This is the best-tasting, most effective energy gel that I have found to date. The Tri-Berry actually tastes really great, and the caffeine is great to keep you going. I have found that if I take 1/2 packet at a time it is just enough to give me a burst of energy but not let me crash. I use them for 10 miles or more, generally about every 5 miles thereafter.

Clif Shot Bloks Organic Energy Chews, 2.1-Ounce Packets in 12-Count Bags

I used these blocks training for the Chicago Marathon. The first few times, I enjoyed the taste, but was a little put off by how big and chewy they were.

The package says that each package is two servings of blocks. However, there is not a very good way to store the second half of the bag while on your run. The remaining blocks got even stickier than they started out.

Also, they were somewhat hard to eat while running. They were just too big and too chewy.

I have switched to the Jelly Belly Sport Beans, which I find better tasting and somewhat easier to eat due to their smaller size.

It took about three weeks for me to start seeing results. I take four instead of the six recommended because I am small framed but it does the job. Drink plenty of water though

In less than one hour you can't ask for more from this product. It is exactly as described nothing less. Works everytime anytime. I have used this 4 or 5 times since receiving my order and really never thought I would post a review about how fantastic this stuff is. Buy it try it I really would not take the time to post this if it wasn't everything the manufacturer claims it is thats it..

To begin, I am a 25 year old male, a big guy too. I had been curious about trying N.O.-Xplode after hearing good things about it from coworkers. The first day I tried it I honestly didn't feel the "rush" that people claim they feel. I was disappointed, but then I kept on trying it and noticed a great increase in energy. I can lift more and work out for longer, not to mention that the focus increases as well. The only "con" about this product is that if you take it you won't be able to sleep for the next 3-4 hours, so I wouldn't suggest using it if you work out right before sleeping, especially if it cuts into your sleeping hours. This is a very good product in my opinion. I was personally able to increase muscle size and ability to use heavier weights. I recommend it to anyone who is like me and is a "hard-gainer." I read alot of good reviews of this product, and a couple bad reviews here and there, about 75%-25%. I was not at all happy with the product. My fiance and I workout regularly mon-fri, and wanted to drop a couple extra pounds on the side. For her, she got nothing from a 2-pill a day routine, still tired and hungry. For me, it worked for about 2 days, but with lifting, I am always hungry. I thought it would curve that or at least minimize it. The only thing it did for me is not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Don't recommend.
