I got this for my Diamond The Rock bow, which had NO recoil and it was whisper quiet to start with. So i did not notice anything different in those categories. It looks cool on the bow so that's a plus. And also it does balance out the bow a bit, not that my rock needed balancing though. What i did notice is that it did seem to give me a much better grouping size in general. But i notices that with it attached, and i have no clue as to why this is, but the arrows fly out weird and you can notice them flailing about mid flight. They arrows still wind up hitting where i put them so i dont know. It just kinda makes me uncomfortable. Like the fly in a more circular motion then straight, so what ever.
