This is a great little device--it provides cold and compression, and allows you to move around while recovering. I had a labrum repair followed by frozen shoulder, and icing is a must for comfort and sanity. I believe this is the least expensive such product with free shipping on Amazon, and it works great to boot. Makes frozen peas look like poop. For knee icing, CVS type stores offer a nice wrappable ice pack, but they don't really have good shoulder contraptions.

This sleeve works and fits very well for me. As with anything, you have to take care of it (air it out after use. Hand wash in warm water), but it fits me well. I have 14" biceps (around) and a 7" wrist. It's a little loose on my wrist, but very snug on my biceps.

Also, this can be worn on either arm, but feels much better on the right. MUCH BETTER!

Best icepack I've ever seen!

My wife has chronic back problems after surgery. These ice packs are superior to anything I've ever used before... in fact, when she goes to the hospital for followup procedures once or twice per year, we bring our own cold packs in case they don't have them. Some hospitals have these great packs, but others do not. We keep two in the freezer so they can be rotated out... we may add a third to help with lag-time... on bad days, the second one has sometimes warmed before the first one has completely re-frozen.
