Wow - this is a great tool for IT band issues. It is a wonderful instrument, I'm amazed at the improvement with daily use. Then, when I skip a couple days, I can tell the difference.

Occasionally it 'sticks' to my looser clothing, but that is the only downside I've found.

As a martial artist who trains 5 days a week,this product is a true
blessing.Not only does it cut down my pre-workout warm up from 30 minutes
down to 10 minutes,but by rolling after a workout,the next day I'm good
to go for the the next training session without muscle soreness.If you
just want a relaxing massage this as well many other devices work well.
