You get what you pay for. These cuffs would be great for the bedroom and could even be used as perhaps an emergency spare set for real arrests. They are better than the toy cuffs you would find in many stores, but not as heavy duty as the kind most police use (Smith & Wesson). Considering the low price I give them 4 stars, but if you are looking for a pair for daily law enforcement work, you should buy a better and higher quality pair.

perfect! ...except I hit the boxing bag with it and my knuckle skin chafed off so I had to wear 2-3 bandaids for almost a week before it healed.

I bought sports-tape for my knuckles at a drug-store so I don't get hurt next time I use them again.

could be improved with longer fingers-coverage and a little padding on the thumb-knuckles too.

This product's great cuz it has a little elastic on the underwrist so you can velcro on the wrist-guard part easier with your free hand. Almost 100% perfect pair of MMA gloves...non-leather so no animals got killed in the making of it; which also makes it less expensive to make and affordable for us. yehay!

This little pink timer is fantastic for HIIT. I exercise in the morning and it just makes it even easier not to have to think about when to change intervals. Therefore, I can concentrate more on the effort instead of doing "clock math" in my head. I should have purchased this months ago. Its small and unobtrusive and the beep function is loud enough to hear with headphones on. It's an excellent product at an excellent price!

I have owned these pads for about 4 months now. They are over the calf style and stay in place very well. This makes them a little harder to get on and off but its not too taxing. These pads are also pretty hard. They are made of fairly hard foam and on a fast hit they don't give much and sound almost like plastic soccer shin guards but if you squeeze them with your finger aqnd thumb they are compressable on both sides.

Foot pad stays in place well but does rotate in the outer shell a bit. Overall for the price and performance they're hard to beat.
