 Rating:  - Great at home workoutI bought this because I found it on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I had already purchased 5 day academy used and found those to be a great intense workout. I know these are not 5 day academy but they are a great workout especially in the 28 mintues from warm up to stretch. I have been at this for almost 4 full weeks and can see changes in my body from doing this system. I hope he comes out with more workouts like the 1000 which is a combination of the upper and lower body moves you do but a 100 reps of 10 exercises and you really feel it when you're done. This system is complete and will give you a total body workout and a way to get into shape without going to the gym. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great workout ...
