We bought this bag last year for our freshman high schooler, she is still using this bag, 14 months later and it still looks brand new. She loves being able to "see" everything in her bag...assignments, pens & pencils are not getting lost in the bottom. There is a good mix of small, medium and large compartments. She even uses it for sleepovers. Holds everything she needs for a weekend retreat, or school daily use. We are now looking to replace my second child's backpack with this same bag as the backpack we bought two months ago is already falling apart.

The straps are thin and hurt my child
The two lower black bottons came off within a week
The wheels are not smooth dispite that there are four wheel
The handle has only one position which is to long four anyone under 5feet 2 inches.

Have used this bag for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. I use it for college luging books and then also as a daypack for hiking. The laptop compartment works great as a hydration bladder storage area and holds two 2l bladders perfectly for those hot summer treks. The suspension strap system carries the load well and fits my 240# 6' frame great. The rain fly works like a champ. After lugging around all my books and then doing double duty as a hiking pack, I have seen no damage to any stitching at all, just a little fraying on the zipper pulls. Pros:
Very comfortable (straps are nice, after slight adjustment the whole bag when loaded with laptop and books is comfortable to carry)
Not too big.
Seems durable (2 months of use)
Lots of medium sized compartments (good and bad read below).
Good value for money

Cons:
Slightly heavy even when empty.
Lots of compartments - perhaps too many big/medium compartments.
No separation of laptop and main compartment - annyoing, have another backpack where the laptop compartment is separate, this bag has two separate zippers but leading to one compartment (didn't make sense) - and this one compartment isn't as convinient as two separate compartments.

I bought this bag for my last two semesters in college. After I bought my laptop, and put heavy textbooks in a regular backpack, carrying the backpack around was really taking a toll on my back. So after i purchased this bag, my back pain was relieved because its on wheels.

The only thing I would improve about this bag is make it out of waterproof material for when it rains.

The feel is very comfortable, it's easy to adjust and fits well. It has a couple of different zippered pouches, one small one and one big one. It seems to be high quality and doesn't seem like it will break any time soon.

The only thing I don't like about it is it's pretty small inside. It seems to have a lot of padding and material, but in terms of actual storage space, there isn't a whole lot. This would be good for extended wear as it is very comfortable and has thick padding, but I got it to take to the gym with me, and there's not really enough room inside of it for my stuff, plus a bottle of water.

Great backpack for the price! The bottom seems a little flimsy other then that a great product for the price.
