It is REALLY FRUSTRATING...
I ASKED FOR WHITE/SILVER STARS, it seems to be a problem with the product, they sent me the WHITE/SILVER TWINKLE STARS one...
I purchased it in amazon ONLY because I needed SPECIFICALLY the WHITE/SILVER STARS in the RIGHT DAY...

This order was time sensitive, anyhow everybody can make mistakes, so I called to let them know that It was wrong and they told me that they will fix it, they will not make the same mistake they will resend the backpack.... they ask me to send it back and they sent me "THE RIGHT ONE" but today (24 days after) I got in the mail AGAIN THE WRONG BACKPACK!...
Not to mention the other hydration pack that I bought in the same order that got lost in the mail...

This is a good, simple pack, but fairly small and with no external pocket. Otherwise is very well constructed, with an effective insulated reflective liner that keeps cold items cold (and likely hot items hot but this aspect has not been tested). It is stylish, but the blue vertical pin stripes of the brown pack were a little brighter and "flamboyant" than one can tell by the picture, and a male child or adolescent might get some ribbing from peers if taking a pack in this color to school.

Ok, so the bag doesn't look like the one in the picture. It is bigger. But it is really comfy too. It allows you to carry a bunch of stuff when you need to and i like that. If you are planning on buying this for a laptop, ahhh it is not that great. It has a small division to put the laptop there with a little bit of soft pad but that is it. And also it is uncomfortable to put the pc there too cause you want it to be inside the division so that the pad covers it all, but instead the top part does not fit inside. :( I think it would work for a 10 inches laptop or so but not bigger than that. But in any case, if you are looking a bag for school or college, this is a must get one.

My daughter loves this backpack. The seller was prompt and the price was very reasonable. It came earlier than expected too! We were so happy with the quality of this item that we purchased a second one.

We were really happy with this bag until the release button jammed on the handle just four weeks after we got it. The good news is that JanSport is honoring the warranty. The bad news is that the cost of shipping to their service center, which they refuse to cover, is quite high.

This is a great backpack. The only problem is that I wanted the exact packpack in the picture. The backpack I received doesn't exactly match. the blue is lighter and a different shade in real life. Also the straps aren't blue like the picture - they're gray. Overall, good backpack.

JanSport Superbreak Wheeled Backpack

I had a hard time finding a back pack with wheels this fall. My daughter is petite for her age and also has scolosis so carrying a heavy back pack is not an option. This item is great for older kids who have lots of books and either have a back problem or physical disability and can't carry a backpack. Jansport is a great brand also.

My wife really likes it. It's not that big so you can't carry your notepads in it. It's more like a general purpose street bag. My wife carried it on our trip to Canada. She loves it.
