The quality of the product seems alright but the helmet is definitely youth size(not adult size). I ordered the "meduim/large" size and it doesn't fit well on my head.

If you are looking for adult sized helmet, avoid this one!

I have already fallen many times with this product and I still have no scratch (though you should see a chiropractor to be safe). I would recommend this to anyone who is going to start some risky sports, you will need a lot of padding too!

Kryptonics Panther Skateboard - 31"

I did not recieve the right panther skateboard I ordered. I recieved one that is a panther but is NOT the one my son asked for for Chrismas. I have looked to see where I could contact them but there is no "contact this seller" button like there are for other sellers. So the item is fine... but the Customer service so far is NOT good. Hopefully I will be able to contact someone soon about this issue. Oh and I just recieved a Shipping notification today.... BUT I recieved the product yesterday. Can we say they sure are doing things backwards! I am through with shopping online!
