New Wave Enviro Tinted Stainless Steel Water Bottle (0.6-Liter)

I like the idea of getting away from the plastic bottles and this is lightweight and in lots of nice colors. The negative to this design is the cap is hard to fasten and can leak if it's not on perfectly. Hopefully they will redesign the caps and then it would be a perfect bottle.

I ordered the liter and 40 ounce bottles in order to stop re-using plastic. Unfortunately, the liter cap leaked. Rather than return to Amazon as defective, however, I called the company. They sent a replacement cap immediately. I am very pleased with both bottles.

I like the convenience of the sports cap, but I do not like that it leaks. I have to remember that it leaks, so I don't put it in my bag laying down. But it's better than BPA plastic water bottles.

Stainless Steel Drinking Bottle Cap

When I ordered my stainless steel Enviro water bottle, it came with a sports cap that was plastic and basically 'crappy!.' I was disappointed with the quality of the cap, but had seen this blue replacement cap on a friends bottle and knew this was a much better option.

Pros: Cap seals tight and the loop top allows me to attach a clip so that I can take it with me hands free if necessary.

Cons: Because the threaded neck seals down into the bottle, you cannot fill it all the way to the top. If you do, when you screw the cap down into the neck, the cap will push the excess water out of the bottle. This isn't a huge inconvenience, but if you're purchasing a smaller water bottle, filling it less than full may not give ... Read More:

New Wave Enviro 2.2 liter Polycarbonate Sport Bottle w/ FREE Stainless Steel Cap

I owned two of these over a period of about a year. Good quality, resisted impacts well. Got an odd smell after about 6 months, so I switched to my spare. Big pet peeve was that the pop top cap would come up at the worst time. I put it on the floor of my car while driving to work. One sharp turn to the side caused it to tip over and spill it's contents on my floorboard. Not a happy camper with that... Since then I buckled it into the passenger seat. Mouth of the bottle is kinda small for the size. Good, not great.

Big Drink Cap for 0.6, 1.0 or 2.2 Liter Polycarbonate Bottle

I hate sports tops. So, I bought these to go along with my eviro bottles. They aren't all pretty and matching. It'd be nice if they made them to match my colorful water bottles.

It's not as easy to put on the bottles as I would like, but when you get it on, it doesn't leak.

So, for a grown up sippy cup, these are perfect.
