The bands are great but the description stated that the kit came with a vhs tape which was exactly what i needed for where i would be using it. It did not come with a tape but with a dvd. So it's a little hard to work from pictures.

This is an excellent tool for core training! My trainer uses this on me every other workout and while it took a bit to figure out the balancing part, it really works!

While it may seem like you aren't getting much out of it because it's more like trying to stay on a disc that's on water, it's working even though you don't know it. I highly recommend this tool as a main stay in your workout regime.
